WELCOME Golf NSW
It is my pleasure, on behalf of Golf NSW, to welcome you to the
State Final of the 2015 NSW Womens Fourball Championship at the
magnificent Bonville Golf Resort.
Congratulations for winning your way through the Club and
District level of the competition. This is a great achievement.
I am sure your experience at the State Final will be both
enjoyable and memorable.
Enclosed you will find details outlining the event and
additional information for your reference. Please familiarise
yourself with all the relevant details.
The Golf NSW team on hand during the event are there to ensure
everything runs smoothly, and that your experience at the State
Final is a memorable one. Should you require any assistance at all,
please dont hesitate to ask them.

MEALS
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served each day at your designated
accommodation.
Lunch
Lunch will be at your own expense. To ensure a quick transition
after nine holes we ask that you only purchase snacks such as pies
and sandwiches. Larger meals may be ordered following your
round.
There is to be NO alcohol consumption on course for the duration
of the Championship.(Refer Conditions for State Events available at
www.golfnsw.org).
Other Meals
Dinner is provided Tuesday and Thursday nights. All other meals
are at your own expense as are phone calls, mini bar, laundry
etc.
Social Dinner Option
Bonville Golf Resort will offer a social dinner option for the
Wednesday evening which will include a gourmet meal followed by
cheese and fruit platters for $40 per person.
They will also run a chipping competition on the Terrace Lawn
(also dinner venue) and provide a Winners prize. Bookings for this
are essential.
This has been a popular event in recent years, and we would
encourage you to attend. Please email Julia Skamperle
[email protected] to make your booking. Payment for this
will be on the night at Bonville Golf Resort.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Draw
The draw for the first days play is on the following page. A
seeded draw for day two will be posted shortly after the completion
of play on day one, and will be available at Bonville Golf Resort,
and online at www.golfnsw.org
Daily Check-In & Score Card Return
A designated area will be set up on the lawns of Bonville Golf
Resort for daily check-in and score card return. You will be
required to check-in on each morning of play at least 20 minutes
prior to your hit off time. On completion of your round please
ensure you promptly return your score card.
Carts
A cart will be available for use, free of charge, for each
playing pair, on each day. Please collect your cart from the
pro-shop after you check-in each morning.
Handicaps
Players will play off their daily handicap current at the first
day of play. Proof of handicap may be requested i.e. GolfLink
number or handicap record sheet from your home club.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the first two pairs based on the
aggregate 36-hole fourball par total over the two rounds of the
Championship. Prizes will also be awarded to the best 18-hole
fourball par score in each round of the Championship.
Srixon Nearest The Pin Prizes
Srixon will be sponsoring Nearest The Pin prizes each day of
Competition.(Hole allocation and prizes to be determined by Golf
NSW and Srixon at a later date).
No pair may win more than one prize, other than a NTP prize.

GENERAL
Practice
Practice rounds will be available at Bonville Golf Resort on
Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November, 2015. Cost is $90 per person for
18 holes, including cart hire. Practice rounds are at the
competitors own expense. Bookings are essential and must be booked
through the Pro Shop.
Event Registration: 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Tuesday 24 November
All players must register at Bonville Golf Resort with the Golf
NSW team. At that time you will be issued with a players pack which
will contain a complimentary players shirt to wear on the first
day.
Name Tags
You are asked to wear this name tag at the Welcome BBQ official
function. This is a courtesy to everyone and will encourage you to
get to know other players.
Shirts & Photographs
A photograph of each pair will be taken on Wednesday morning
prior to the first round of the Championship. On this day please
ensure that you wear the official shirt enclosed in your player
pack.
Withdrawal
If you or your partner are unable to participate in the State
Final, please notify us immediately by emailing Julia Skamperle
[email protected] As per the Conditions of Play, after
the commencement of the competition no substitutes will be
permitted.
Dress Regulations
Please note that the following dress regulations must be adhered
to at all times:
Collared Shirts; Tailored trousers or shorts or skirts SOFT
SPIKES only; Short socks are permitted. No Football wear, Board
Shorts, Denim Jeans, Tracksuits, T-Shirts or SurfingWear will be
permitted on the Golf Course.

ACCOMMODATION
Golf NSW will provide, at their expense, accommodation on a Twin
share basis for Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November
(buffet breakfast included) for competitors. Accommodation will be
either at Bonville Golf Resort or Opal Cove Resort.
