hours a summary of 2013 Annual Meeting• By-laws changes approved to:

• Enable EBoard to institute electronic voting• Allow President to add up to two persons to

each discipline committee to ensure geographic representation

2013 “Hits”

Accurateshooter.com Partnership has:

• Resulted in much higher profile for IBS and benchrest

• Encouraged match directors to submit MUCH better and richer information to IBS, Dick Grosbier and accurateshooter.com

• IBS shooting is featured on the world’s largest stage for accuracy shooters

• Inconsistent reporting of results, match summary and photos for accurateshooter.com

• EBoard to discuss compensation for match reporters in 2014• Pay match fees (except for cash option)• Honorarium to cover gas, etc. ($)

• Need new scoring software for all disciplines

• Comprehensive update to IBS Rule Book

2013 “Misses”:

• Idea floated in 2013 to have a fun match pitting any rifle at 300 yard – short range, long range and F-Class.

• Which rifle is more accurate?• Accurateshooter.com would fully support

it.• Immediate interest resulted• It did NOT happen? Why?

No one to step up and take charge…and do it…is there a volunteer(s)???

300 Yard Shoot Out?

IBS earns it name in 2014!

Krokodilspruit Benchrest Club in Pretoria, South Africa is joining the IBS and will host registered matches this year. This is the range that hosted the 2011 World Benchrest Championships.
