Added New EMR Report generator to Optimum Security (Appendix I-page 4)

The new EMR Report Generator is an automated routine that assists you with the process of generating reports for various parts of a resident’s EMR by providing a simplify way to generate a PDF report for different parts of the EHR.


To enable this feature:

1. Login to

2. Select a role from the drop down menu.

3. Left click on the functions button located near the bottom left of the screen.

4. Open the folder.

5. Open the folder.



6. Check off the boxes next to the menu item you would like to enable for that user role.

To run these reports:

1. Login to

2. Search for the resident in the lookup.

3. Left click on the menu item.


4. Select ‘From’ and ‘Thru’ dates in the Period Selector located at the top of the screen.


5. Check off the boxes next to the EMR reports you would like to generate.

Note: As a short cut to select all click


6. Left click on the icon next to at the bottom of the screen.

7. Left click on the directory in which you would like the report folder to be created.


8. Left click on the button to generate your reports.
