PHOTO CONSENT FORM
This letter shall confirm that we, J&R Adventures, LLC, hereby grant to you the right tophotograph the performance of Joe Bonamassa (or Black Country Communion) solely during theperformance described above, subject to the following conditions. Promptly following the performance, butin any event no more than ten (10) days thereafter, you shall deliver to us at the address below, highresolution (300 dpi) digital copies of all photographs taken by you. The photographs may be utilized by yousolely for your personal, non-commercial purposes; there shall be no other use, exhibition or distribution ofthe photographs except as approved by us in writing. The copyright in the approved photographs shall beowned by you. You shall not edit, alter or modify the photographs in any manner once approved by us. Inconsideration of the rights herein granted to you, we shall have the unlimited right to utilize any or all of the
photographs for all purposes by any means now or hereafter developed, and in any form whatsoever, withno additional compensation payable to you for such purposes. We may assign the rights granted to ushereunder in whole or in part to any third party. This agreement shall be construed according to New Yorklaw and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York inconnection therewith. If the foregoing is acceptable, please so signify by signing in the space providedbelow.

Then you can Call or Email 3 days before the show to confirm your name is on the official list. You will need to pick
up your photo pass at the Venue Box Office on the Day of show. You will be permitted to shoot the first 3 songs, withno flash, and then asked to sit back at your seat. The photo pass does NOT include a ticket for the show, so you must
provide your own. This form is for Professional camera equipment only. Please email with any questions.
