Satyananda Yoga Academy

Satyananda Yoga Academy was established to preserve and regenerate the yogic sciences by combining academic and scientific methodology with a spiritual vision. It is one of the very few organisations in Australia offering Australian Government endorsed yoga training in a traditional ashram setting.

Quote references1 From Teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Volume II (1982), Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, Bihar, India2 Yoga Mag Nov 2003 ‘Satsang at Ganga Darshan’ March 3, 2003

The Diploma is comprised of four modules spread over 2 years and involves 1440 hours of residential and on-line training and assessment. This Yoga Training is one of the most demanding and personally rewarding pathways to becoming a yoga teacher that requires a commitment of time and lifestyle that will provide an absolutely solid and comprehensive foundation upon which to integrate yoga into your own life and for others.

The Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Training is offered at Mangrove Yoga Ashram with modules 1 and 2 also offered at Rocklyn Ashram in Victoria.

See back cover for Academy contact details.
