Dairy Goats Dairy Goat exhibitors have the option of leaving the Showground on Monday 10 September from 4.00 pm or remain for the duration of the Show, in which case they may leave the Showground on Saturday 15 September from 4.00 pmExit permits to be lodged with the Goat Supervisor from 12.00 noon on Sunday 9 September. Exit preference to be noted on entry form.

Angora and Boer Goats May leave the Showground from 4.00 pm on Saturday 15 September. Exit permits to be lodged with the Goat Supervisor by 12.00 noon on Thursday 13 September.

MohairFleeces may be removed from 4.00 pm on Saturday 15 September under the supervision of a Society Councillor. Exhibitors are requested to include precise instructions as to the desired method of disposal at the conclusion of the Show. The Society will re-pack and re-address any exhibit to its place of origin, or re-pack and deliver fleeces to any nominated authorised wool broker in Adelaide. The Society accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in packing and/or transit.

The following conditions will strictly apply:• All entry forms, whether lodged in person

or sent by post must be in the Society’s possession at its Administration Office by 5.00 pm on Friday 22 June 2012 - (Mohair only Friday 6 July at 5.00 pm).

• Postal entry forms and fees will be accepted up to and including entries postmarked on or before the official closing date.

• A late entry option is offered under the following conditions:

• Received or postmarked within 7 days of the official closing date and an additional fee equivalent to three times the standard entry fee per class is to be paid.

• When sending entry forms and fees by post, the onus is on the the exhibitor to ensure adequate delivery time.

• Entry forms by facsimile or email will not be accepted.

• If you require formal acknowledgement that your entry has been received, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your entry form.

• Absolutely no exception to the above conditions will be made to any exhibitor under any circumstance.

PRIZE MONEY AND GSTPrize money as stated in the Prize Schedule does not include GST.The prize money which we pay to successful exhibitors depends on information provided to us. If you confirm that you are GST registered and provide your Australian Business Number (ABN), we will pay the appropriate prize money plus 10% GST. We will provide you with a Recipient Created Tax Invoice which you will need to submit to the Australian Taxation Office.In entering the competition, you acknowledge your agreement to the following:• You will not issue a tax invoice to the

A&HS in respect to prize money received • You will notify the RA&HS if you cease to be

registered for GST. If you provide your Australian Business Number but are not registered for GST, we will pay the prize money as detailed in the Prize Schedule without reference to the GST.If you confirm you are entering as part of a private recreational pursuit or hobby, we will pay the prize money as detailed in the Prize Schedule without reference to GST.

IMPORTANTIt is important that you either:• Confirm you are entering as part of a private

recreational pursuit or hobby, or • Confirm you are entering as a GST registered

business and supply your ABN Failure to do either of the above will cause the RA&HS to withhold 48.5% of your prize money in accordance with Australian tax legislation.The RA&HS is not a tax consultant and therefore assumes no liability for actions taken as a result of these guidelines. In any instances where an entrant or sponsor is uncertain of the tax implications of their involvement, they should consult their own accountant or tax advisor.

PAYMENT OF PRIZE MONEYEFT is a more efficient form of payment of prize money. Exhibitors are requested to nominate bank account details on the space provided on the entry form to facilitate prompt payment of prize money. Exhibitors who do not nominate a bank account may be paid by cheque by indicating on the entry form. Please note – payment by cheque will be made after EFT payments are processed.Please note that cheques will be made out in the name of the exhibitor. If you do not have an account in the name you have entered under, you will need to be paid via EFT.

To assist the Society, would you please ensure cheques are deposited promptly into a bank account. Replacement prize cheques will be issued up to 31 December 2012, however a fee of $10 may be charged. If the cheque to be replaced is not returned then an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of cancellation. Any concerns regarding prize money must be raised with the Society by 31 December 2012.

REFUNDSNo refund of fees will be made after closing date of entries.

WITHDRAWALSAll withdrawals must be made in writing and can be sent via email to: [email protected] or faxed to (08) 8212 1533. Emailed withdrawals must include “Withdrawal” in the subject line and the section (eg Goat Section), exhibitor name, class number, exhibit number (if known) and exhibit name (if applicable). Withdrawals must be made at least 24 hours prior to judging.

OWNERSHIPAll animals must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor, or held by the exhibitor under a written and recorded lease at the time of entry.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIESDairy Goat exhibitors must state on the entry form the animal’s name, herd book number, tattoo letters and number, date of birth, sire, dam and name of breeder.Angora and Boer Goat exhibitors must enter animals in appropriate age classes and special classes.Proof of age, registration and ownership should be available at the time of inspection and judging.A goat cannot compete in a special or group class unless it has competed in its age class.

The consumption of intoxicating liquor in all pavilions, halls and attendants’ lockers is

forbidden.

GOATS 3

DISPLAY CARDSEach exhibitor is permitted to display one sign for every four pens entered occupied by exhibits, no larger than 1200 mm x 600mm. Logo, name and address of exhibitor only to be shown. Strictly no other decoration, delineation, description, display or promotion is allowed. Ribbons and sashes on display must relate to the animals in that pen. All awards must be removed as soon as winning animals leave the Showground.

PEN CLEANINGExhibitors shall, to the satisfaction of the Goat Superintendent:1. Keep each pen allotted to them and their stock in a clean and proper condition throughout the Show.2. Clean out their pens before 8.00 am each day.3. Faecal waste must be placed directly into containers provided by the Society.Failure to comply with these rules shall render the exhibitor liable to a fine no less than $15 (GST included) for each separate offence.Exhibitors are requested to provide their own brooms and shovels to clean out pens.

PENSRugs and bags must not be fixed to sides or tops of pens during the time the Show is open to the public.

FIRE PRECAUTIONSPrecautions will be taken to guard against fire, and to protect the property at the Show, but exhibits will not be insured at the cost of the Society.Smoking is strictly prohibited in all livestock pavilions and lockers.No exhibitor or other person shall remove, or displace, or interfere in any way with, or use for any purpose other than the prevention of fire, any article or appliance provided for use in the case of an outbreak of fire upon the Showground, nor shall any exhibitor or other person remove or alter, or add to, or interfere in anyway with any fixture, fitting, article, appliance or thing owned by the Society, or used in such fixture, fitting, article, appliance or thing for any purpose other than for which it is intended by the Society to be used.

PENALTY FOR NON-EXHIBITION OF ANIMALSEvery animal entered must be exhibited and paraded before the judge in each class unless a certificate signed by the exhibitor or authorised agent, is lodged with the Society at least 14 days before the opening day of the Show, stating that the animal is unable to compete.A fine of $100 (GST included) will be imposed for all late scratchings unless the scratching is notified by a statutory declaration setting out full reasons for scratching, together with an explanatory certificate signed by a Veterinary Surgeon. Notification must be received by 9.00 am on the day prior to judging.Non-payment of these fines will debar exhibitors from parading their remaining goats before the judge.Exhibits may not be removed from the judging ring until directed by the RA & HS Supervisor. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in exhibitors being banned from competing in any further classes during the current Show and/or fined.The Society may also impose further penalties if deemed appropriate.

HEALTH REGULATIONSDairy Goats1. Johne’s Disease

All exhibitors must complete a “ Goat Show and Sale Declaration” form obtained from www.animalhealthaustralia.com.au/programs/jd endorsed by your veterinarian and return this with your Royal Adelaide Show entry forms. The minimum Royal Adelaide Show require-ment is that goats be Assurance Score 5 All Goats attending the Royal Adelaide Show must be accompanied by a completed “National Goat Health Statement” obtained at www.animalhealthaustralia.com.au/programs/jd/goat-health/goat-health-statement. Goats will be exhibited at the Show in order of Goat Assurance Score ranking.

2. CAE Entries from Accredited / DGSSA Inc. Market Assurance Scheme for CAE herds shall be accepted if accompanied by: - a) A copy of the current Accreditation MASSA for CAE certificate. Entries from NON accredited or NON DGSSA Inc. Market Assurance Scheme for CAE herds shall be accepted if: -

b) Goats over 12 months of age.- must have two whole herd negative blood tests, 6 months apart, within the previous 12 months. Attach vet report & results to National Goat Health Statement when submitting your application c) Kids 6-12 months. i) Accompanied by test results for one blood test for CAE within the previous 12 months ii) Non-owner bred kids must comply with Section 2.c. d) Kids less than 6 months. i)Owner bred kids less than 6 months will be covered by Section 2.a. or b and do not require testing at this age. ii) Non-owner bred kids less than 6 months of age should be accompanied by two CAE negative-whole herd tests of the herd of origin, as in 2 b above.

SICK OR DISEASED ANIMALSIf, in the opinion of a qualified Veterinary Surgeon appointed by the Society, an animal on the Showground shall be so injured or be so affected by sickness, disease or other ailment as to warrant its destruction or its removal from the Showground as the case may be the Society shall be entitled to have the animal destroyed and/or require the animal to be forthwith removed from the Showground and the exhibitor, upon receipt of such notice, shall forthwith remove such animal and failing such removal by him within the time prescribed by the Society, by written notice to the exhibitor or his representative on the Showground, the Society may remove the animal or cause the animal to be removed and

all costs and expenses of removal shall be borne by the exhibitor and shall be refunded to the Society. Each such animal shall at all times be the sole risk and responsibility of the exhibitor and the person or persons removing the animal shall at all times be deemed to be the agents of the exhibitor and all acts and omissions on the part of such person or persons shall be deemed to be the acts and omissions of the exhibitor who shall indemnify and hold indemnified the Society, its servants and agents from all claims whatsoever in respect of the animal whether by reason of any loss or injury to or caused by the animal or because of transportation, feeding or housing or otherwise, howsoever.The pavilion supervisor must be advised immediately of any sick or diseased animals attended to by the Society’s Veterinary Surgeon.

INTERSTATE STOCK CLEARANCES Exhibitors requiring interstate stock clearance, are advised to contact, Amelia Bartlett, PIRSA Animal

Health Officer on 08 853 6405.

NLIS REQUIREMENTS - ALL EXHIBITORSAll goats must be NLIS compliant. This means all animals must be tagged with an approved NLIS eartag (including kids at foot), and accompanied by a completed National Vendor Declaration (NVD) or approved alternative movement document available at http://www.pir.sa.gov.au/. Eligible dairy goat exhibitors may be exempt from tagging if they are in receipt of a letter of exemption from the CVO (they still require movement documents).The Society will notify the NLIS database of all movements onto the Showground on behalf of exhibitors.

REGISTRATIONDairy Goats must be registered with the Dairy Goat Society of Australia.Copies of Herd Book registration forms, and/or relevant transfer certificates to be submitted with entry forms.Angora Goats - the sire and dam of the exhibit must be stated on entry form.Boer Goats must be registered with Australian Breed Societies.

IDENTIFICATION - BOER GOATSIdentification can be carried out in the following ways:• Tattooing and Tagging• A stud tag combined with an NLIS tag.

BEDDINGStraw will be the bedding in the Alpaca & Goat Pavilion at this year’s Royal Adelaide Show.

PARADESDairy Goats must be paraded in Grand Parades, where possible.Angora and Boer Goats may be paraded at the discretion of the exhibitor.

WHITE ATTIREExhibitors and/or attendants shall wear white dust coats or attire acceptable to their Breed Societies when leading goats in the judging ring and in parades.No exhibitor, or his attendant shall parade stock before the judge whilst wearing attire bearing his name or the name of the stud for which he works.

CONFORMATION OF GOATSAn inspection will be made of all Dairy Goats for identification tattoo, breed type, conformation and vermin, from 7.00 pm on Thursday 6 September.An inspection will be made of all Angora and Boer Goats for breed type, conformation and vermin at time of arrival.This will take place in the Pavilion and an attendant must be present to supply any information required by the inspectors.Any animal rejected as a result of this inspection must be removed from the Showground, the time of removal to be at the discretion of the Committee.

LOCKERSA limited number of lockers are available for Dairy Goat exhibitors on the Showground at $55 (GST included) per locker whether shared or not, regardless of duration of use. Only current RA&HS members may apply for a locker.

FODDERThe Royal Adelaide Show Fodder Store is run by Keelan Grain and Fodder. Orders can be placed with them on site or by phone on (08) 8362 4178. Please note that no deliveries by vehicle can be made after 8.30 am. daily, so ordering the day before is preferred. Supplies must be hand trucked at other times.

Exhibitors may bring and store in the stock pavilions their basic fodder requirements. Any exhibitor who, in the opinion of the committee, has more fodder than is considered necessary will be required to remove the excess from the Showground.Exhibitors must not solicit orders for fodder on the Showground.

MILKINGGoats entered in milking classes must be milked and stripped out in the presence of a Steward by 7.00 pm on Friday 7 September.

The ages of all exhibits shall be calculated to 1 September of the current year, provided that no animal unborn at closing date of entries will be accepted for competition (with the exception of under 4 months classes).

1. Figures obtained from the most recent completed lactation, or the current uncompleted lactation may be used, provided that the completed lactation was commenced at or since two years prior to this year’s Royal Adelaide Show.

2. The highest figure so obtained may be used. Production figures to be supplied with entries. GOATS 7

Class 16–24-Hour Milk Production Test. Animals to be drawn from general classes.

1. Entries in this class must be milked and stripped out under inspection at 7pm on Wednesday September, 5 September.

2. All animals in the class shall be milked at 7am and 7pm on Thursday, 6 September. This milk shall be weighed and sampled, the two samples to be processed by an approved testing company.

3. The test is designed to show yields under normal feeding conditions - no entry may be force-fed or drenched during the test or for 24 hours prior to its commencement.

4. No animal fats, milk or milk products or any product designed to artificially stimulate lactation may be given to entries in the class during the test or for 24 hours prior to its commencement.

5. Placings shall be determined on the weight of milk. Any animal with a butterfat yield of less than 3% shall be ineligible for a prize.

IMPORTANTIt is important that you either:• Confirm you are entering as part of a private

recreational pursuit or hobby, or • Confirm you are entering as a GST registered

business and supply your ABN Failure to do either of the above will cause the RA&HS to withhold 48.5% of your prize money in accordance with Australian tax legislation. The RA&HS is not a tax consultant and therefore assumes no liability for actions taken as a result of these guidelines. In any instances where an entrant or sponsor is uncertain of the tax implications of their involvement, they should consult their own accountant or tax advisor.

PAYMENT OF PRIZE MONEYEFT is a more efficient form of payment of prize money. Exhibitors are requested to nominate bank account details on the space provided on the entry form to facilitate prompt payment of prize money. Exhibitors who do not nominate a bank account may be paid by cheque by indicating on the entry form. Please note – payment by cheque will be made after EFT payments are processed.Please note that cheques will be made out in the name of the exhibitor. If you do not have an account in the name you have entered under, you will need to be paid via EFT.To assist the Society, would you please ensure cheques are deposited promptly into a bank account. Replacement prize cheques will be issued up to 31 December 2012, however a fee of $10 may be charged. If the cheque to be replaced is not returned then an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of cancellation. Withdrawals must be made at least 24 hours prior to judging.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIESThe competition is open to all Tertiary bodies and Schools in South Australia.Exhibitors may submit a maximum of eight entries.Exhibitors need not be members of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of SA Inc to enter the Led Goat Wether classes.

RESTRICTION OF ENTRIESThe Society reserves the right to restrict the number of entries in Led Goat Wether Classes.

EXHIBITS• All goats entered must be cared for by

members of the School for at least eight weeks prior to the Show

• All wethers must be named.• Wethers under 35 kg must show milk teeth

only.• Wethers 35 kg and over may show no more

than two permanent teeth.• No restriction on feed.• Wethers must not be treated with hormone

growth promotants.• Wethers must be trained to lead.• Milk Fed Cappretto kids and mothers need

to be counted and disclosed on entry form to allow for extra penning.

• Both male and female kids will be accepted in the Milk Fed Capretto class only.

GRAND PARADEThere will be a Grand Parade scheduled on Wednesday 12 September. All schools will be encouraged to lead their wethers in the Parade. Ribbons will be awarded for colourful signage, etc from participating schools.

Animal Exhibitors Public Liability Insurance (Explanation) WHEREAS The Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia has agreed to effect a Public Liability insurance for certain Animal Exhibitors at the 2012 Adelaide Show, the following applies:-

Insured Party Animal and Livestock Exhibitors participating in competitions and events

Period of Insurance From seven days prior to the Show until seven days thereafter

Insured Activities All activities undertaken whilst within and from the confines of the event venue consistent with the Insured’s livestock exhibit activity including setting up and removal

Description of Cover Insurance in respect of the Insured Party’s liability to pay costs and compensation in respect of loss of or damage to third party property and death of or injury to third party persons or for advertising liability caused by and arising out of the Insured activities, all subject to the RAHSSA‟s policy terms, conditions, exclusions and warranties, etc.

Important Conditions The Insured Party must exercise reasonable care to maintain all premises, fittings and plant in sound condition.

• The Insured Party must take all reasonable precautions to prevent injury and damage to persons and property.

• The Insured Party must give immediate notice of an incident which may give rise to a claim or of receipt of advice of a claim.

• The Insured Party must not make any admission, offer or promise in connection with any claim and must not any time admit liability.

• The Insured Party must made themselves aware of and comply with the following Notices:-

Duty of Disclosure Before you enter into a contract of General insurance with an insurer, you have a duty, under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 as amended, to disclose to the insurer every matter that you know, or could reasonably be expected to know, is relevant to the insurer's decision whether to accept the risk of the insurance and, if so, on what terms.

You have the same duty to disclose these matters to the insurer before you renew, extend, vary or reinstate a contract of General insurance.

Your duty however, does not require disclosure of matter:-

• that diminishes the risk to be undertaken by the insurer

• that is of common knowledge

• that your insurer knows or, in the ordinary course of his business, ought to know.

Important Conditions Non-Disclosure If you fail to comply with your duty of disclosure, the insurer may be entitled to reduce his liability under the contract in respect of a claim or may cancel the contract.

If your non-disclosure is fraudulent, the insurer may also have the option of avoiding the contract from its beginning.

Average Provision The insurer will pay legal expenses in addition to the sum insured, if however, the total amount of the loss (less legal expenses) ultimately paid to the claimant(s) exceeds the sum insured then insurers will only pay (in addition to the sum insured) that proportion of the legal expenses as the sum insured bears to the loss.

Third Party Interests This policy will only provide cover for your interest and does not cover the interests of any third party (e.g. financiers, lessors, etc) unless the interests of the third party are noted in the policy.

Waiver of Insurer's Rights You must not enter into any agreement without the written authority of the insurer whereby any of their rights to which they become entitled as your insurer after settling or agreeing to settle a claim are prejudiced or limited in any way otherwise all benefit under the policy will be forfeited.

COMPETITIVE EXHIBITORSConditions of Entry

HAZARD REPORTINGCompetitors must notify the Area/Pavilion Supervisor or the Venue Management Office immediately of any hazards detected. Hazards are any situation which has the potential to cause:1. Injury, illness or death to people or animals

either immediately or in the future2. Damage or destruction to property

INCIDENT REPORTINGCompetitors must notify the Area/Pavilion Supervisor or the Venue Management Office immediately an incident occurs which has resulted in:1. The injury, illness or death of any person or

animal 2. The damage, destruction or loss of property3. A near miss incident that could have resulted

in the consequences listed in 1 and 2

WASTE DISPOSALAll waste including liquids must be disposed of responsibly. Storm drains must not be used for the disposal of any waste.

HAZARD MINIMISATIONAll areas must be kept in a clean and tidy order with clearly defined and available access and exit routes at all times. Build up of combustible waste must be avoided.Care must be taken to minimise trip hazards and obstacles that people may walk into. Avoid laying unprotected cables or pipes on or above paths, walkways or roads.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALSThe RA&HS are to be advised of all hazardous materials that are to be brought onto the Showground. Appropriate warning signs and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will need to be provided before allowing these materials on site.

MEDIA COMMENTSAny public comment on emergencies, incidents or other venue matters should only come from the RA&HS. The key media spokesperson for the RA&HS is the Marketing Manager.

DUTY OF CAREAll competitors have a “Duty of Care” to avoid exposing themselves or other people to situations which could lead to injury. This “Duty of Care” extends to the prevention of damage to property.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY1. Release Entry to and remaining on the Showground

is entirely at the risk of the Exhibitor and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Exhibitor releases the Society (which term includes in this clause the Society’s officers, employees, members and agents), from all claims and demands of every kind resulting from any accident, damage or injury occurring at the Showground, and without limitation, the Exhibitor acknowledges:

(a) the Society has no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to or caused by any Exhibit;

(b) the Society has no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to or caused by any Exhibitor, his or her family, invitees and Agents;

(c) the Society has no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to a Motor Vehicle or any of its contents whilst it is located on the Showground; and

(d) without limiting Regulations 1 (a) and 1 (b) above, the Society has no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the sale, treatment, failure to treat, destruction, disposal or other dealing with any Exhibit, or for loss, damage or injury to any personal belongings, equipment or property brought onto the Showground.

2 Indemnity To the maximum extent permitted by law,

the Exhibitor must indemnify and keep indemnified the Society and its officers, employees, members and agents from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, expenses and liabilities including without limitation, consequential loss and loss of profits for which the Society is or may be or become liable in respect of or arising from:

(a) loss, damage or injury to any person in connection with the Exhibit or the relevant Event;

(b) without limiting Regulation 2(a), loss, damage or injury to any other Exhibit or Exhibitor, his or her family, invitees, Agents, or to the property of the Society, or its members, or to the general public, caused or contributed to or by any act or omission of an Exhibit of the Exhibitor or by the Exhibitor, his or her family, invitees or Agents; and

(c) without limiting Regulation 2(a), loss, damage or injury to the Exhibit, or the Exhibitor, his or her family, invitees, or Agents caused or contributed by an act or omission of an Exhibit of the Exhibitor or by the transportation, feeding or housing of an Exhibit of the Exhibitor.

3 Removal from Showground Without prejudice to any other provision

in these Regulations, where the Society, its officers, employees, members or agents removes an Exhibit, or causes an Exhibit to be removed from the Showground, the Exhibit is removed or caused to be removed entirely at the risk of the Exhibitor. The person or persons removing the Exhibit will be deemed to be the agent of the Exhibitor, and his or her acts and omissions will be deemed to be the acts and omissions of the Exhibitor.

4. Insurance The Society will arrange Compulsory Owner’s

Liability insurance cover for all Exhibitors of Exhibits being animals. The Exhibitor is bound by the terms and conditions of this insurance and by Statutory Duties as defined under the Insurance Contracts Act (1984). Details of the Compulsory Owner’s Liability insurance are set out in the Relevant Schedule

5. Personal effects The Society has no responsibility or liability

for any loss or damage caused to personal belongings, equipment or property which is brought onto the Showground by an Exhibitor, his or her family, invitees or Agents.

EMERGENCY INFORMATIONEmergency information and Emergency Assembly Points for the various animal pavilions and stables will be included with Exhibitor Entry Detail Returns and Notice to Exhibitor mail outs. Competitors should be familiar with these plans.

FIRST AIDDuring the Royal Adelaide Show, St John Ambulance provides First Aid Services but it is suggested that competitors have a basic First Aid kit if minor injuries are a possibility.

RA&HS EMERGENCY FACILITIESFire fighting and other emergency equipment must not be removed or used for any other purpose. Missing or unserviceable equipment should be reported to the Venue Management Office immediately.

SMOKINGThe RA&HS Smoking Code does not permit smoking inside buildings, within 10 metres of a building entrance, around combustibles, during public performances or while handling hazardous materials.

TRAFFIC CONTROLThe RA&HS Traffic Control Code imposes speed restrictions within the Showground. For the duration of the Royal Adelaide Show the speed limit is 10 kph.The use of vehicles inside the Showground is closely managed during the Royal Adelaide Show. Conditions of entry will be provided with the issue of Vehicle Entry Permits.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT1. All extension cords and electrical appliances

must be tested and tagged in accordance with current legislation as per Australian Standards 3760.

2. Power boards with overload protection can only be used at the discretion of the Venue Manager.

3. The use of double adaptors is strictly prohibited.

4. Appliances and power cables must not be used or laid through any area that may become wet.

5. Power cables must not be laid across walkways, paths, roads or any area where damage could occur to the cable.

6. Bar (resistance) heaters are strictly prohibited.7. Light sockets must not be used for any other

purpose
