    ing plants. This session will explore the two

    major types of plant propagation; using seeds

    and using vegetative means through cuttings,

    grafting, budding and layering. This sessions

    provides you with the tools to make better

    and more informed decisions when it comes

    to propagation. Participants will have an op-

    portunity for hands-on learning using these

    propagation techniques (bring your propagation

    tools).

    Horticulture therapy is a process that utilizes

    plants to nature the body, mind and spirit

    while improving the quality of life. Gardening

    can be a retreat, a haven, a source of comfort

    and renewal. The garden is a caring place,

    elements and concepts that make gardens

    therapeutic and the types of techniques that

    can make your garden more enabling.
