2011 ALABASTER CHRISTMAS PARADE
Sponsored by the Alabaster Beautification Board

New Location: COLONIAL PROMENADE
The Alabaster Beautification Board invites you to be a Participant in our annual Christmas Parade
The theme for this year’s parade is “Neighbors Rebuilding The Christmas Spirit”
We ask that all entries decorate in relation to our theme and have candy to throw during the parade.
Santa will be riding on an Alabaster fire truck. No other live Santa’s are permitted as it confuses the children.
Parade winners will be notified a week after the parade. There is a Mandatory Meeting for all parade entries on Monday, November 21,
6:00 PM, at the Alabaster Senior Center located at: 1097 – 7th Street S.W. (beside the old YMCA).
IMPORTANT: Please limit your group’s attendance at the meeting to one or two representatives.

The Alabaster Beautification Board reserves the right to refuse any Person/Organization participation in the parade.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I/we, the undersigned for and in consideration of permission to participate in the Alabaster Christmas Parade agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Alabaster Beautification Board and the City of Alabaster, AL, its officials, representatives or employees from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, liability, and expense, including attorney fees and litigation expense connected with or in any way associated with my/our participation in the Alabaster Christmas Parade.
