Hennepin is a Reconciling Congregation, welcoming the full

participation of all persons including the GLBT Community.

    9:30 AM

    As you reflect on this

    weeks scripture, what

questions come to you?How is this story of the

    Samaritan Woman

    your story?

    What do you have in

    common with this woman?

What does it mean to be

    thirsty for living water?

    Can you remember a

    time when you were thirsty

    for such life-giving water?

    During this week

    you are invited

    to engage in the following

    prayer actions:

    Try drinking

    only tap water this week.

    Donate any money you

might save to the hungeroffering next Sunday

    at church.

    Do some information

    digging about which

    countries around the

    world are in need of

    clean drinking water.

    Offer a prayer for those

people and one of gratitudefor the healthy water that

    is readily available

    as near as your faucet.

    21st

century world. We hold manysimilarities to this first century bandof new Christians. Through the studyof these scriptures, see how theirlives and struggles have much tooffer us in our own faith lives.
