Division by 10+1 or 2 To help us manage the flow of pathfinders for most of the activities we will need to break them into small groups called clans. Please divide your pathfinders that will be at the Camporee in groups of ten and provide one staff member with each group. Only ONE Group is allowed less than 10 Kids—it is possible we may have to re-divide or put two small groups from separate clubs together. We will work this out with clubs on an individual basis. Ensure that each designated Group Staff member(s) is able to drive their group off site, has medical consent forms for each group member, and has a vehicle(s) that can accommodate all members of group. There may be a need for more than one staff member per group depending on the vehicles. Vehicles need to have enough gas to drive up to 40 miles Sabbath afternoon. {See next page}

We would like to attempt to accommodate each club’s needs the best we can—this will not be an exact science so please bear with us. Clubs with more than 2 groups will not be able to all leave at the same time. If possible, would you prefer to have your entire club at the off-site activity at the same time? YES NO

Due to insurance animals (Dogs, Cats, Fish, Unicorns, etc.) are NOT allowed on this campout or

on the campground. Visitors are welcome but not their animal friends.

Garbage will need to be separated into three parts:

Plastic – rinsed and empty – no lids please

Aluminum - rinsed and empty

All other Trash

This extra step will be required to keep the cost down. This is also a great way to teach our

Pathfinders to be good stewards of our environment. Please plan to bring containers for

each type of recyclable item.

Each Club is asked to bring Bathroom Tissue and paper towels for your club.

It will be extremely important that we remain on schedule. Please assist us with this.
