With Appreciation from the Jacksons
To our HPBC family, Amber and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
Thank you for loving our family incredibly well. Thank you for coming along side of us as we labored for Christ together. Thank you for your cards, notes, emails, and hugs of appreciation and affirmation through the years. They have carried us through tough times. Thank you for praying for our kids, especially Lilah, so faithfully. I know God has worked in her life on account of your prayers and steadfastness before the Lord.
We will miss you all so much. We love you more than you will ever realize and the impact you have had on our life will last forever. Please continue with us as we labor hard for Christ and point everyone to Jesus.
Sincerely, Derrick Jackson
Worship at the Park
Our Young Adult Ministry is hosting a night of Worship, Prayer and Reflection this Thursday evening at 8:00pm in the Chapel.
Come and be a part of this opportunity to draw closer to God and closer
together as young adults. Invite others.
Over these coming weeks, the HPBC family is encouraged to take part in the Take a Seat short term fund raiser–a fun and tangible way for the HPBC family to come together and ensure the complete funding of all final costs for the Worship Center renovations.
A sample of the new brown chairs with light wood armrests is on display in the Foyer area. Donors are asked to contribute financially to fund the cost of one or two or more seats at $250 each. The campaign hopes to raise enough to pay for 1,000 seats.
Stop by the display area this morning and go ahead – Take a Seat!
With Thanksgiving for the Jacksons
Derrick and Amber have been a wonderful gift to HPBC from the Lord. We are so thankful for the way they have led us into the presence of God through worship.
June 26 is Derrick and Amber Jackson’s last Sunday with us before he transitions to Georgia. If you would like to write a card thanking Derrick for his ministry, you will have an opportunity to hand it to him personally at the end of each service next week in the Atrium Foyer. If you have any questions, you can reach Colleen Perkins at [email protected].

Welcome to this house of prayer.
We are a people who worship God and depend upon God, not only on Sundays, but every day, every moment.
Together, we bow before our Father, looking to His hand, anticipating His provision, and ready to be used by Him as He would choose for His kingdom and for His glory.
