No. This program is to recognize horses that are competing under saddle. Can I include on my entry form charity horse shows my horse competes in?

Yes. As long as the show dates fall within the specific timeframe for program eligibility. If this is a non-Rated Show, it will be scored as a Schooling show.

As an owner, do I have to be the one riding my horse in competition?

No. You may have a professional, amateur, or junior rider compete with your horse as long as they follow the rules set forth by the show committee/governing organization.

Can my horse compete in more than one division?

Yes. Use the appropriate entry forms that correspond to the divisions/disciplines that your horse competed in. Your horse will be eligible to compete for awards in every division they enter and will also be eligible to win the Versatility Award.

If my horse wins an award, do I have to attend The Egyptian Event to receive my recognition?

No. It is always special to have award recipients in person to receive their award and we encourage you to attend, but it is not required.
