How Vacation Week Will Work

• VAX solicits and enables its registered travel agents to participate in the event with their own dedicated Vacation Week micro-site

• VAX provides travel agents with the tools, training and expertise necessary to promote their microsites to their customer base

• VAX engages the travel industry for additional promotion and support• VAX provides additional marketing and PR exposure to support the event

• Suppliers select their vacation theme or themes (participation will be limited)• Suppliers provide unique offers to support their selected theme/s• Suppliers can provide their specific collateral including photos and videos to highlight and better

sell their brands and unique offers

• Travel agents create their own FREE Vacation Week micro-site • Agents choose which suppliers to feature on their dedicated micro-sites and promote their

unique offers to customers• Agents are encouraged to create their own events and promotions to drive interest• Agent micro-sites will be live until May 31, 2012 to extend the life of the promotion
