GENERAL NOTES

Situation Woodthorpe Hall Farm lies on the outskirts of Holmesfield with the sale field adjoining the B6054 Owler Bar to Dronfield Road. From Owler Bar roundabout on the main A621 pick up the B6054 towards Holmesfield and Dronfield. Travel over the crown of the hill and after approximately 1 ¼ miles the sale field lies on the left nearly opposite Penny Acres Primary School. From Dronfield travel up towards the top of Holmesfield and pick up the B6054 out to Owler Bar. Continue up the village and over the mini roundabouts and as the houses finish the sale site lies on the right adjoining the 30 mile an hour sign nearly opposite Penny Acres Primary School. ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.

Telehandler Loading Facilities – The vendor will provide telehandler loading on site until approximately 5.30pm on sale day.

Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at Thursday 15th February 2018. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers. Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases. Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury. For large, heavy and unwieldy items, specialist loading and transportation will be required for example bulk bins and tanks. The decision made by Bagshaws will be final.

The genuine dispersal sale at Woodthorpe Hall Farm arises as a result of the retirement of Mr

Robert Boden who has farmed the holding trading as Woodthorpe Hall Farm for 36 years.

Virtually all the machinery has been barn stored and Mr Boden is known for his careful

attention to maintenance and up keep.

The Kuhn Power Harrow, 2 Ifor Williams trailers, Haybob, Roller, McHale Wrapper and Bailey

trailer have all been owned from new and perusal of the catalogue will reveal that several items

have undertaken little work with both John Deere tractors having excellent tyres and little hours

for their year of manufacture.

Purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this excellent dispersal sale as the farm has

already been re-let.
