If you are from country close to Slovakia, the cheapest way for you is to come by train or by bus.

If you need to take a plane, there are three options:

    1) fly to Bratislava, but the airport is pretty small and there are flights just from certain destinations

(e.g. Milano, Madrid, London), so if the prices are to high...

    2) ...you can fly to Vienna, Austria and then to take a bus to Bratislava. The bus takes one hour, cost 7

euros and there are buses each 20 buses directly from Vienna airport.

From Bratislava, you have to take a train to Poprad which takes approximately 3 hours. Although its

pretty long trip, you will definitely enjoy it where you will take a train of company regiojet. Its nice,

fast, you will get coffee, tea and water for free, snacks are very cheap (e.g. cake 0,40 eurocents,

beer 0,80eurocents) and you will have first possibility to explore Slovakia and socialize together

But if you want to take this train, you have to book it online on the website www.regiojet.sk in

advance since obviously is very often full.

    3) third option is to fly to Budapest, Hungary and then to take a train to Kosice which takes 3 hours.

In Kosice you have to change and take a train to Poprad (next one and half hour approximately).

When we will know when all participants arrive to Poprad we will send more information about the

    transport to High Tatras.

You can arrive also 1-2 days earlier or to leave 1-2 days later (maximum 2 days difference) if you

want to visit Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest or some other city in the region, but you have to cover

expenses (hostel, meals) during these more days.

If you need a help with planning your journey, do not hesitate to contact us.
