DORIN S.p.A. has been producing open type compressorsince 1932.

These compressor are constructed with the highest qualitymaterials and are therefore suitable for working inparticularly hard conditions.

Compressor are designed to offer top performance andspecial care has been given to have smooth and silentoperation.

Compressors ranging between 2Q-2 and 51VS are lubricatedvia a sling disk. These models can rotate only in a specificrotational sense, clearly marked on the compressors.

Compressors ranging between 62VS and 90VS are lubricatedvia a gear oil pump. Those models can rotate in both senses.

All open type compressor manufactured by Dorin are subjectto approval according to directive 94/9/CE-ATEX.

IMPORTANT NOTE

ATEX approval is excluding all mechanical componentsincluding but not limited to drive belts, inherent cases, andall electric components, including but no limited to oil heaterand to oil heater and capacity regulation coils.

Therefore, ATEX approval shall be considered effective onlyfor compressors rated without any kind of accessory. Eachcompressor shows following ATEX marking:

II = group 2 machinery

3 = Category 3 (zone 2)

G = explosive atmosphere with gas, vapor or fog presence

c = protection type for non-electric equipment (constructivesafety)

IIB = gas group

*** = it is not possible to exactly determine the machinetemperature class (EN13463 14.2g) since surfacestemperature depends on the rating conditions and on theselected refrigerant.

Temperature class can anyway be identified considering thegiven application, caring about what mentioned in thefollowing application envelopes.

重要注意事项

ATEX认证不包括所有机械部件,包括但不局限于驱动皮带,固有的情况下,所有的电器元件,包

括但不局限于油加热器和容量调节线圈。

因此,ATEX认证批准应为只对压缩机的设定,不包括任何一种配件。每台压缩机都显示 ATEX标志:

II=第 2组别机械

3 =第 3类别(区类 2)

G =有气体、蒸气或雾气存在的爆炸性环境

C =非电气设备的保护类型(建设性的安全)

IIB=气体组

*** =是不能准确地确定的机体温度等级(EN13463 14.2克),因为表面温度取决于额定值条件和所选择的制冷剂。

温度等级反正可以考虑地用于所特定的机组应

用,以上所提到的应用程序都跟随压缩机的说明

书信封里。

3. Measure suction gas temperature on the line at the expansion valve bulb's remote location.

4. Subtract saturation temperature (from step 2) from suction gas temperature (from step3). The difference is the superheat of the suction gas.

HOW TO DETERMINE SUPERHEAT

1. Determine suction pressure at the eveporator outlet with gauge. On close coupled installations, suction pressure may be read at compressor suction connection.

2. Use pressure temperature chart to determine saturation temperature at observed suction pressure.
