The ASPECT NITRO consists of an aspirator cabinet with built-in fan, fi lters and two chambers for smoke detecti on. Naturally oc-curing gases, parti cles and condensati on are separated from fi re gases and smoke before detecti on takes place.

The Nitro sensor employs the electrical properti es of nitrogen. The sensor monitors changes in the nitrogen on an atomic level, and is unaff ected by dust.

Even in corrosive environments with extreme amounts of air-borne dust with dimensions almost like smoke parti cles, smoke and fi re gases can be reliably detected. Well suited for environ-ments from shopping malls to agriculture.

The Nitro sensor is highly sensiti ve during fi res in all types of materials, except pure PVC fi res, and employs unique circuitry for temperature compensati on, ensuring the same sensiti vity is maintained from -40 °C to +40 °C.

The ASPECT is very easy to install. External mounti ng fl anges sim-plifi es mounti ng on the wall, and hinged covers provides simple access to connecti on terminals and fi lters.

25 mm plasti c pipe: PL 252An internal Ra value of 1.6 contributes to avoiding build-up of dust and bacteria in the pipeline, and to ensuring opti mal functi onality with respect to transportati on of smoke.

Filter kit, 5pk: FI 003 KPProgressive fi lters prevent dust from contaminating the sensors. Comes complete with frames for quick and easy replacement.

Fastening clips: CL 250Standard fastening clips for pipelines are quickly and easily mounted in the ceiling, and the pipes are then pressed into place.

Exhaust kit: AU 002Used to lead exhaust air back into rooms with large under pressure. Can also reduce fan noise or avoid the spread of odours if an ASPECT installed in an offi ce environment samples air from livestock rooms or similar.

Pipe joins: SK 252Extra long sleeve couplings with included sealant provides excellent connecti ons in the pipeline and prevents pipes slipping apart.

Condensati on reservoir: LK 501Install in front of ASPECT to remove conden sation from the sampled air before it enters the detec tion chamber. UV-resistant plastic ensures that the LK 501 can handle exposure to direct sunlight over time.

Bend, 90°: BE 252Sleeve couplings bent at 90 degrees, including the same sealant as regular couplings.

Bend, 45°: BE 252-45 (A/B)Sealant as in the standard bend. Two versions: female/female (A) and female/male (B). The ”B” variant can be combined with ”A” or the 90 degree bend to facilitate easy adpatati on of the pipeline in twisti ng or diffi cult areas.

Fastening clips: CL 250 WFastening clips for wire suspension of pipelines. Silk wire is strung through the room, and the pipeline is pressed into the clips and pushed onto the wire from one end.

VULCAN dust- and condensati on fi lter: VF 250 comInstall in front of ASPECT to remove both dust and condensation from the sampled air before it enters the detection chamber. Used when securing rooms with extreme amounts of dust.

Pipe branch: GG 25680 cm pipe branch for extended sampling points. Used for simple detecti on both over and underneath shadow curtains in greenhouses.

Sniff erSniff ers are the extended arms of the pipeline, able to be stretched through ceilings from church loft s and such. This way, the pipeline may be hidden, and the system appears as virtually invisible.
