The permission was subject to a S106 Agreement and the obligations of his agreement have been discharged by the Vendor as part of their implementation of the planning permission.

A non-material amendment to the July 2012 planning permission has been incorporated into the completed scheme, which involved

a minor internal reconfiguration within no.149 and which was approved in October 2012 (ref. NMA/12/03857).
