16. JUSTIFICATION KPI OSS Bad PDASR on sector 1 and sector 3 due to HW problem. From KPI Daily all TRX up ( 100 % ), but from SCANTRX we found bad TRX Quality on sector 1 TRX 0 and TRX can’t handle traffic on sector 3 TRX 1. Sector 1 TRX 0 related to FCUTR 4 and Sector 3 TRX 1 related to FCUTR 15. Propose: we need replace FCU faulty KPI Daily. TCH Availability PDCH Traffic ( Erl )
