15. The Bud8ct Divisioa und€f, thc Financc Scr''/ice {FS) of the DepEd-CcntralOf6ce shall facilitate the release of funds to the respective Regionel Ofdcegthmugh the issuance of SuEAllotrnent Release Orders (Sub-AROs).
16. DepEd-ROs shall further sub-allot the funds to the SDos/ IhplementingUnits (IUs).

Thc DcpEd-SDos/lUs t}lrough the DepEd-Ros conccrncd shall closelycoordinate with their DBM-RO countcrparts for the issuance of Notices ofCash Allocatrons INCAS) to cover the cash requirement of the Sub-AROsissued by the DepEd-ROs, subject to the submission of Speciat BudgctRequest (SBR) supported by a Monthly Dsbursement Pr.ogram (MDP). TheMllP shall reflect that the cash requifements due date falls in the month ofUctober 2lt2t) .
