QUALIFICATIONS - CAREER: Geoffroy holds an advanced degree in Labour Relations Law and Practice from Paris II Panthéon Assas University. He specialises in labour law, social security law and social security coverage. He was previously a partner at Capstan.

QUALIFICATIONS - CAREER: Alain holds an advanced degree in private law.He began his career in 1972 and specialises in employment law, social security law and social security coverage law.He was the Managing Partner of Barthélémy & Associés from 1992 to 2005, and the founding Chairman of the international alliance of labour lawyers, Ius Laboris.Alain Sauret is a Knight osf the National Order of Merit and of the National Order of the Legion of Honour.

ROLES: Alain chairs the Technical Advisory Committee of Fidere Avocats. He has been a leading contributor to debate on the development of labour law in France and other countries for many years, through his teaching, as well as his publications and articles.Alain Sauret is a member of the editorial committee of the Petites Affiches, the RH&M Review and sits on the executive committee of Entreprises et Progrès.
