Dragon boating originated in China over 2000 years ago. Hong Kong may be the birthplace, but for 10 years and counting, Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with Siren Events, UAE Dragon Boat and the United Arab Emirates Sailing and Rowing Federation has sponsored the Annual Dragon Boat Festival every October.

TEAM PARTICIPATION INCLUDES:

- 2 x 1 hour dedicated training sessions with an International Dragon Boat Coach- Supply of Dragon Boat and all equipment- Festival entry and participation for up to 20 team members per boat. A team can have up to 20 people of which there can be a maximum of 16 men- Generous prizes- Friday night Dragon Boat Party inclusive of casual beach barbecue at Traders Hotel,Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi- Additional tickets to the Dragon Boat Barbecue Party can be purchased in advance at AED 170*per person for bookings before 1st September 2018
