Integrated Thematic Instruction) has served as our instructional model since 2004. We began implementing HET with: using the Lifelong Guidelines and LIFESKILLS. creating safe, non-threatening environments. use of Agendas in classrooms. use school-wide and

classroom Procedures. Movement to enhance learning.

In the 2008-09 school year, curriculum mapping and conceptual teaching were added to our HET initiatives.
