30 years. Wow. Just writing that number down feels like a bit of a milestone. And as SRG heads into our 30th year, I can’t help but reflect on the path that brought us here. All the talented, dedicated people that have helped us create exceptional communities and experiences. And all the incredible residents I’ve been fortunate to meet. Without exception, the one thing every resident brings to each SRG community is experience. Amazing, enlightening, empowering life experience.

The world and the way we live in it has certainly changed over the last three decades, and our goal has always been to stay a step ahead for our residents. To lead rather than follow. To imagine rather than imitate. And as we work towards the grand

opening of our first Texas community, we continue to look towards the future. Anticipating what’s next and seeking innovative ways to make each moment more exceptional. It all adds up to a passion for life that begins with our residents and inspires everything we do.

Building by the Numbers

Construction on Maravilla @ The Domain is well underway, and it’s going to be big. How big?

• 41,565 cubic yards of dirt moved to build the underground garage, creating convenience and saving space – that’s a lot of parking for visiting family and friends.

• 21,045 cubic yards of cement – about 3 Goodyear Blimps-worth. Taking our unprecedented community to new heights with three uniquely placed interconnected towers designed to take advantage of the natural light.

• 3,222 tons of steel – that’s about 2 times heavier than the mighty Giant Sequoia tree. Helping us lay the roots of our sustainable community, currently pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
