TABLE BENDERS

cKRB has developed an automated clamping system for the current #11 Mechanical Bender. Two air actuated clamps support the bar during the bend process keeping the operators hands free. The system includes a programmable safety scanner. The Scanner covers the table top during the bend process. Should the operators enter the field during the bend cycle, the ma-chine will stop. The light tower shows the operator which direction the tabletop will be moving. The Bender Clamps and Scanner require the BCD control Head.
