CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellation fee if cancelled up to 60 days of departure, except an administrative fee of $500 per person. 59 – 45 days of departure, a cancellation fee of $1000 per person; 44 – day of departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost per person. Day 1 - Monday, November 11th Washington (IAD)to Tanzania via Ethiopian Airlines with a plane change planes in Addis Ababa. New release movies and meals served aloft. Day 2 – Tuesday, November 12th Arrive in Tanzania Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, we will be greeted, assisted with luggage and taken by private coach to our superior first- class accommodations. Dinner and overnight in Dar es Salaam. Day 3 – Wednesday, November 13th Zanzibar

Breakfast at hotel. Morning ferry to Zanzibar. Upon arrival we will be greeted, assisted with luggage and taken by private coach to the Double Tree Inn on Nungwi Beach. Dinner and overnight. Day 4 – Thursday, November 14th Spice Tour Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, we will enjoy the Spice Tour visiting the Zanzibar country side about a half hour driving time from the historic Stone Town. You will be briefed regarding the growth, gardening, and use of various type of spices, tropical fruits and root crops. We will have the opportunity to smell, taste, and sample some of the spices. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 5 – Friday, November 15th Dolphin Tour Breakfast at the hotel. A full day excursion with private guide will take us to the southern part of Zanzibar. Once there, you take a motorized boat to reach the dolphin zone. Here we can swim with the friendly dolphins or enjoy the boat ride. Time is given for admiring the wonderful coral reef, various colored fish, various marine creatures, and snorkeling. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 6 – Saturday, November 16th Zanzibar & Nairobi Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we have the opportunity to enjoy the beach. Afternoon transfer to the Zanzibar Airport for flight back to Nairobi. We are met with private transfer to the Kimbo PEFA

Church and hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 7 – Sunday, November 17th Nairobi Masai Mara, Kenya Breakfast at the Church. We are the guests of Pastor James Wesonga who will deliver the Morning Services and a dynamic Swahili music worship. Afternoon transfer by plane to the Masai Mara National Park and on to the deluxe Safari Camp for dinner and overnight. Day 8 – Monday, November 18th Masai Mara, Kenya Breakfast at the Camp. The Masai Mara is known for its abundance of wildebeest, zebra, antelope, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, lion, cheetah, black rhino and much more. Morning Safari Drive. Lunch prepared for us at Safari Camp. Afternoon Safari Drive and return to the Safari Camp for dinner and overnight. Day 9 – Tuesday, November 19th Breakfast at the Camp. Morning Safari Drive with lunch. Afternoon Safari Drive and return to the Camp for dinner and overnight. Optional: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon safari available on this day Day 10 – Wednesday, November 20th Masai Mara, Nairobi Breakfast at the Camp. Morning Safari Drive with lunch. Afternoon transfer to the Airport for flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, we are met and transferred by private coach to the Nairobi Airport for our evening flight home Day 11 – Thursday, November 21st Welcome Home!

Any service whatsoever not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features. VISAS Single Entry Visa is required for Kenya and must be purchased independently. You can purchase visa online at this website, the cost of single entry is $51.00. http://evisa.go.ke Tanzania visa must be purchased individually at the airport by each passenger. Tourist visa is $100.00. FARES AND RATES: All fares and rates are based on tariff and rate sheets issued by carriers, sightseeing operators and hotels in effect at the present date, as well as upon the present rate of conversion of foreign currencies into United States dollars. Therefore, all said fares and rates are subject to change without prior notice, and to confirmation or adjustment at the time final payment is made. BOOKING PROCEDURE: We will proceed with definite reservations based upon receipt of your firm acceptance and $500.00 deposit. REFUNDS: Deposits and other payments are refundable in full up to sixty days prior to departure except for administrative fees. After this date, refunds for unused accommodations and services will be limited to the amount received from or credited by carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels.

HOTELS: SUPERIOR First class hotels and Deluxe Safari Camp throughout. Limited number of single rooms are available at regular supplement. Rooms will be requested but are not to be considered confirmed until actual confirmations are received. MEALS: See Itinerary for included meals TRANSFERS: Deluxe Air-conditioned / Heated motor coaches. NOTE: All supplements in connection with early, late and/or weekend transfers are included throughout. SIGHTSEEING: As and wherever indicated in the itinerary, including the services of English speaking guides as well entrance fees to all places of interest listed in your itinerary PORTERAGE: Fees and charges for the porterage of one piece of baggage per person not to exceed 50 LBS, in connection with all transfers and at airports and terminals throughout the itinerary is included. An overnight bag may also be carried, provided it remains in the possession of the passenger at all times. This bag, although carried personally is considered part of your total luggage allowance. SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES: Service charges as required by hotel managements and taxes as imposed by national and/or local governments and/or governments and/or administrations (wherever these are normally added to the bill.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Selling Agent and/or World Pilgrim Tours, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the Operator, acts only as agent for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all such means of transportation or other services offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Selling Agent and/or Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way, in connection with such means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage in respect of any person or property howsoever, caused or arising. If the Selling Agent and/or the Operator make it desirable or necessary to change or cancel for non-payment, the travel plan or program, such change or cancellation may be made. Additional expenses, if any, caused hereby shall be borne by the passenger and in the case of a decrease in cost, the Selling Agent and/or Operator will refund to the passenger an amount equal and limited to the decrease. Although the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other service will take all possible care of passengers baggage and belongings entrusted to their care, the Selling Agent and/or Operator does not in any way accept responsibility in the event of loss or injury thereto. Consult your physician 4 weeks or more prior departing regarding vaccination and travel medication. Yellow Fever Vaccine is Required when you travel from one African nation to another. You are required to have a Yellow Fever vaccine for this Tour. For all other Vaccine questions and medication, please consult with your physician at least one month prior to your travel date. Travelers on this trip release Mt. Ennon Baptist Church, Pastor Coats, and its officers from any liability.
