Customer Proof Points
We were delighted that no side effects occurred at all outside
of SAP Travel Management - where we activated a new
functional capability. This was especially important for our
payroll process which is running on the same system. The
enhancement package concept allowed us to fulfil requirements years
before we will start our next release upgrade. The implementation
was even simpler than implementing a support package and no
critical issues occurred.
The biggest benefit for us is to offer certain travel expense
types depending on the chosen trip type. This reduces the error
rate and helps all travellers to comply with our corporate expense
policy.We went live with the travel management functionality of
enhancement package 2 a few weeks ago. The end-user reactions are
very positive.
