Delegates from countries exempted from Visa Fees can get their entry visas upon arrival at the Hosea Kutako International Airport. Registration desk, stationed at the Windhoek Country Club will be as from 29 th of November Participants are encouraged to register and receive the badges at the earliest possible. Viewing and listening hall (max. capacity of 300 people) is reserved for the remaining delegates. Two prayer rooms (for men and women) are specifically arranged inside the WCCR.
