Office Manager/Community Prevention Consultant

The Regional Prevention Center of Northwest Kansas is accepting applications for a full time Officer Manager/Community Prevention Consultant. Basic requirements are a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, and computer proficien-cy. The successful applicant must be technologically competent, have knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting and have the ability to organize and document financial and program reports. Applicant must also desire to work as a community organizer with substance abuse coalitions in Northwest Kansas. The successful candidate must be able to facilitate collaborative processes with coalition members and between community organizations. Ex-perience working with youth and media a plus. First two months of employment will be training with the current Office Manager/Community Prevention Consultant. Competitive salary and gener-ous benefits.

A big thanks to Chris for organizing the roast, to Joe for the hog, Carl, Doug and Scott, and others who prepared and cooked it, Countryside Vet, Creative Dimensions, Waddell & Reed, C. Baileys and Dempewolfs who furnished the main food, and all those who furnished salads and desserts. The FFA of Oberlin for setting up and taking down of tables and chairs, and to any others who helped in any way. There weres between 450-500 people served and the food was all used. Again we Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. What a great place we live in.
