ANSI Homeland Security Standards Panel (HSSP)
Formed in February 2003, the ANSI-HSSP (www.ansi.org/hssp) mission is to identify and facilitate the development and enhancement of homeland security standards
Serve as private/public sector partnership for cross-sector issues
Support the work of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate’s Office of Standards
Convene Workshop initiatives and publish reports that address specific homeland security areas to identify existing standards and conformity assessment programs, gap areas, and make recommendations for addressing these gaps
