Ritika is senior in the School of Arts and Sciences majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and minoring in Languages and Literatures and South Asian Studies. She is an International Student Orientation Leader and Global Buddy. She also tutors at the Rutgers Learning Center and is an intern for the International Friendship Program at Rutgers Global. Ritika is conducting research astroglia (a type of cell found in the brain) using stem cell organoid models. She is applying to the PhD program in Cell Biology, Neuroscience, and Molecular Biology. For fun Ritika likes to participate in the RU badminton club, the Japanese conversation club, and take RU Fit classes.
