PRESENT: Kevin Riley, Deb Moore, Julian Hutchinson, Paul Kuester,
ABSENT: Janet Horstman, Pat Eggers, Sandie Perry
Chairman Kevin Riley called the meetinB to order at 6:01 p.m.
A motion was made by Julian Hutchinson and seconded by Deb Moore to approve the minutes ofOctober 15,2015. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Deb Moore and seconded by Paul Kuester to approve the plan for Second
Season at 128 N. Water street based on complying with the City ordinance for awnings. Motioncarried 4-0.
A motion was made by Julian Hutchinson and seconded by Paul Kuester to approve the sign for Austin
Menn on his buildinc at 128 S, Water Street for Hometown Rentals & Relocation. Motion carried 4-0.
Items for Future Consideration were
Happy 85th birthday to Julian HutchinsonJulian showed some more pictures of Ludington
A motion was made by Deb Moore and seconded by Julian Hutchinson to adjourn at 6:20 p.m.
Motion carried 4-0.
