There are dozens of little details that must be kept in mind, because, after all, you are arriving in a foreign city, with different customs and a language that you don’t always understand. This innovative content system makes moving around and staying in Jerusalem a personal and convenient experience for the millions of tourists who visit the city all year long.

Jerusalem City Pass: your ticket to the Holy City Jerusalem City Pass, a ticket purchased before your arrival in Israel, makes landing in Israel easier and welcoming. The benefits are self-evident: the pass will serve you for a whole week; it saves you from dealing with smaller payments and standing in lines, and it offers a discount for great attractions in the city. The personalized touch begins at the airport. Employees in uniforms will greet you at the stand Itraveljerusalem. They will validate your ticket and supply you with any information you require – from exchanging money and where to buy a cup of coffee, to answering any questions you may have.

Free bus from the airport to Jerusalem Our tellers at the airport will direct you to a special bus, also branded, that includes free Wi-Fi. The bus travels from the airport directly to Jerusalem, with no extra charge. Even before the bus arrives to the city, your mobile phone will show the Itraveljerusalem webpage, through which you can get updates on events in Jerusalem in the coming days.
