Competitor Analysis - Enterprise Rent a Car V Hertz

Cost: In terms of costing, Enterprise Rent a Car and Hertz rank relatively the same. Although Enterprise are cheaper at first glance they charge additional fees which Hertz do not.

Car Selection: In terms of car selection, there is no clear winner. Enterprise Rent a Car offer a wider variety of environmentally green cars such as hybrids, however, Hertz offer a ‘Dream’ car product which sees customers being able to avail from a range of high end market vehicles.

Locations: Hertz come out on top in this sector with the largest amount of non-airport locations in the country.
