Emailed entries are followed with a reply stating the entry has been
received within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a reply email, your entry was NOT received.
If you are entering via email, be sure to include the Exhibitor Name,
Address, Open or Youth, Breed, Variety, Sex, Class, and which show you
are entering.
There are NO CHANGES at the table including EAR NUMBER CHANGES
Exhibitors will be furnished a check-in sheet. You are responsible for correcting any
mistake at that time, and turning in the correct entry back to the show committee. If
you do not check in, your entry will be considered accurate. All entries will be signed
by the exhibitor to validate correctness.

1. This is a two-day carry cage show; all cages must be leakproof.
2. This show will be governed by the latest and revised Official Show Rules of the American Rabbit
Breeders Association, Inc. Your entry indicates your acceptance of these rules.
3. All animals must be permanently and legibly identified in the left ear prior to showing. An ARBA
licensed registrar will be available for ear tattoos, as well as ARBA Registrations.
4. All animals are entered at the owner’s risk. Every precaution will be taken to safeguard and
minimize hazards, losses and mistakes. Show personnel, judges, and the Louisiana State
Fairgrounds are in no way responsible for the death or injury to any person/animal.
5. Corners of the South reserves the right to substitute judges as needed.
6. Exhibitors will be responsible for getting their animals to and from the judging table.
7. There will be no re-judging due to late or missing animals, per ARBA Show Rules!
8. All animals must be healthy and in proper-sized transport cages to ensure the rabbits well-being.
9. All fees owed must be paid before the start of the show, or the Corners of the South reserves the
right to revoke your entries. All email entries must be paid in full upon arrival to the show. Should
you not attend, you will still be billed for your entry.
10. Parents- Children MUST be under the supervision of an adult at all times!
11. Please - No Dogs!
12. No Chairs in areas designated for carrying cages.
13. Absolutely no animals behind judging tables or in aisles around judging tables. The aisles must be
kept clear by order of Shreveport Fire Department.
14. Absolutely no changes made to entries once the show has begun, unless approved by Austin
Roark or Ken McKracken.

Driving West Bound on Interstate 20, take the Hearne Ave. Exit (16-A), and
take a left onto N. Hearne Avenue. Once on N. Hearne Ave., take a left
onto Edgar St. (adjacent t o Shell Gas Station). Continue west onto Edgar St,
pass the Shreveport Fire Station 8, Edgar St. then turns into Pershing
Boulevard. Show barn is located approximately ½ mile from the Fire
Station, at 3207 Pershing Boulevard Shreveport, Louisiana 71109. (**The
only gate open at the fairgrounds will be located on Pershing Boulevard,
these directions will take you directly through it**)

Rabbits are allowed in rooms with a $50 REFUNDABLE deposit being paid upon check-in. However, the
show barn will be secured Friday and Saturday Nights and available for rabbits to stay overnight.
Corners of the South along with Ugly Rabbit Apparel items will be available.
