The class lines and greets withthe teacher

Good morning good morningGood morning to you

Good morning good morningWe are glad to see you.

Then the P.E. teacher orders children to count in turn and

dothe traditional warming-up atthe beginning of P.E. lesson

rhyming the poem.

Warming-up9

The warming –up is still going on

Can you hop like a rabbit?

Can you jump like a frog?

Can you run like a dog?

Can you fly like a bird?

Can you swim like a fish?

Relax

During a break the teacher tells them about the following

instructions.The students are going to visit their friends at Green School.

Not to get lost the road signs will give them instructions which

they have to do on their way to school.

The purpose of this game is the revision of the studied verbs.

The class have to do some team works.

The class is divided into two groups.

They are given the emblems of their teams.

Team competitions

The students are already ready to compete.

The teams have to run to the designated place, take the card with the picture of the

animal, name itand come back to their team.

The English teacher takes into account the number of right words,

the P.E. teacher takes into account the rapidity of movements.

InterviewingWe know that we cant do without reporters at any

competition or contest.So the correspondent of our school decides to come

and interviews our students.The students have to answer some of his questions.

-What is your name ?_ My name is Ann.

-How old are you?-I am eight.

-Where do you live?-I live in Russia.

-Can you swim?-Yes , I can.

Musical pause

All the students like singing songs anddancing.

They are making a circle and sing the song:

We all can play sport games

During the competition the students decide to organize a theatre. Not a simple theatre but a sport

theatre.

Task 2The teams show the elements of different kind of

sports by means of gestures.

If the team gives a right answer it will take the prize-air balloons.

The students arranged a great theatre. They were given many-colored balloons .

The teacher was very happy to see the happy and joyful faces of the students

and asked them:

3Task -What color is your balloon?

And they answer with great pleasure.-I have got …….. balloon.

The purpose of this lesson is the development of visual memory , the quick reaction and the revision of studied adjectives.

4 TaskAll animals can jump well.

The monkey ,the piggy and the mouse are in trouble.

They cant pick up their schoolbags.

Can you jump well?

The children have to run to the designated place, take one of the

school belongings, name it and put it into the schoolbag.

Summing up

Soon the day was over and the competitions were over too. But the students were in a high spirit . They were all given medals to the song
