ORDER OF BUSINESS Committee Report Nr. UPLH-2015-001 SECOND READING AFTER PUBLICATION: Letter dated 25 February 2014 of Hon. City Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan, re-submitting for appropriate action the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Baguio City for CY 2013-2023 consisting of Three (3) Volumes as follows:

a. Volume 1 - The Comprehensive Land Use Plan; b. Volume 2 - Zoning Ordinance; and c. Volume 3 - The Sectoral Studies.

The Committee on Urban Planning, Lands and Housing recommends that the proposed amended Ordinance "adopting the Revised Comprehensive Zoning regulations for the City of Baguio and providing for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof and for the repeal of all ordinances in conflict therewith" be APPROVED ON SECOND READING AFTER PUBLICATION. (Item 44, 15 June 2015 Agenda)

(NOTE: [a] The above matter is related to the Proposed Resolution Nr. PR 095-13 introduced by Hon. Isabelo B. Cosalan Jr. entitled, "Requesting the City Development Council of the City Government of Baguio for the inclusion of an Ancestral Land Zone (ALZ) and an Indigenous People (IP) sector in the Baguio City Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and sectoral studies." This was referred to the Committee on Urban Planning, Lands and Housing on 22 August 2013; and [b] Engr. EVELYN B. CAYAT, City Planning and Development Officer was requested to be present in today's meeting to be a resource person regarding the above matter.)
