Did you pursue a different careerbefore real estate? Before getting intoreal estate, I was a copier-printer salesrepresentative for a number of years aftercollege.
How did that add to your abilities as aREALTOR®? Being an outside salesrepresentative taught me how tocommunicate with different people andlisten to their needs. Meeting so manyclients as a sales representative helped meto get a nice referral base for real estate.
Are you married? Do you have children?Please tell us about your family. I have awonderful family. I have been married for3 years to my college sweetheart, SalLucero. We have four children and onegrandson between the two of us. Brandon

Who has been a large influencer for youin your real estate career? My mother,Sue Woo, has been the largest influencer inmy real estate career. She has been anamazing mentor and source ofinformation. She has been a successful realestate agent for more than 25 years andhas taught me the business. She is also anincredible community volunteer with somany awards and acknowledgements.
