After working for over 30 years in the Catering Industry, Ann wanted to create a unique experience and service for clients which took their thoughts and ideas and turned them into a seamless reality. In 2012, Gemma, Ann’s Daughter joined the business, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Business and Event Management.

With bespoke menus and event management, our professional staff go above and beyond for our clients. Every attention to detail is taken care of, from dietary requirements to helping with the ceremony on the day - we are more than just a caterer.
Big enough to cater and small enough to care! Whether it is an intimate dinner party for ten, a private event for 50 or a wedding breakfast for 250, we are with you every step of the way to create your unique and perfect experience!
Our bespoke menus are composed using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce and we are proud to be a member of Hampshire Fare. We want your guests to savour the flavours of their meal. Based in Swanmore, Hampshire, we organise and cater for events in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Surrey and the surrounding areas.
WeddingsWeddings are at the core of our business. We truly understand that it is one of the most important days of your lives and that the memories made will last a lifetime! We are lucky enough to work in some of the best venues and equally some of the most unique locations.

Food and drink are a huge part of a Wedding Day. We really take the time to get to know your thoughts, ideas and overall focus for your day. At our initial meeting we spend the time putting the foundations in place and collecting all of this information.
The next time we meet we offer a unique dining experience in our Tasting Room. This is where your ideas come to life; you get to see and taste the food that could be presented on your day. This is also an opportunity to offer guidance and support on timings and logistics of the day, as well as recommendations on some of the industry’s finest suppliers! Your taste buds are first tingled with our scrumptious bite size canapés. This can be followed by our rolling feasts, a devine three course wedding breakfast, a round the world buffet or our English Afternoon Tea. The choice is yours! We then round up the Evening with some of the most innovative Evening Food and sweet delights!
As your day approaches our highly trained Event Managers will guide you through every step of the way and organise every intimate detail. This could include the full set up at your chosen venue on the day before, or turnaround from Ceremony to Wedding Breakfast if required. Our Waiting Staff offer service with a smile and our couples are treated to their own personal waiters who ensure they are looked after all day.
The Smallpiece Bar We can provide a fully stocked mobile bar for various events. We source locally produced ales, ciders and wine to go alongside the extensive range of spirits and mixtures that we stock. All of our bar hire includes glassware, refrigerators and fully trained and professional staff which will ensure your event runs smoothly.
Choosing Smallpiece Bar hire keeps your costs manageable and hassle free. We will even take care of applying for any Temporary Event Notices which may be required depending on your chosen venue.
The Specialist Gin Bar Our exciting Gin Bar is a unique bar which allows us to share our love of Gin and Gin Cocktails with our clients.We constantly focus on sourcing new, local and exciting Gins to add to our ever growing collection.
We believe that our Gin and Tonic is the best in town! Choose your favourite Gin and we will mix with cracked ice and add a garnish of fruit or herbs that will compliment your Gin choice. We serve all our Gins in beautiful cut crystal glasses to add to your experience.We offer a variety of Gin Cocktails to choose from, Classic, Contemporary and Bespoke. Our Chefs can then offer a selection of nibbles or tapas to compliment your Gin Bar experience.
Private FunctionsWe are experienced in all areas of Event Catering. If you are planning a Birthday Celebration, Special Anniversary, Retirement, Drinks Party or a Family Gathering without the hassle, we will work with you to create a perfect menu with a level of service which is outstanding and tailor made for your special occasion.
Corporate EventsBreakfast Meetings, Lunches, Canapé Receptions, Product Launches or Team Building Events are just some of the events that we have experience in taking care of. We offer a seamless service for all types of corporate functions, both large and small. Efficient and professional, we work the way you need us to.
