General Reman & Rebuilt Strategy
General:TEREX|O&K offers OEM reman & rebuilt support for
certain components, see below.Other units on request.
TerminologyNew:A component supplied exclusively by
Terex|O&KWarranty is 5.000 hrs or one year whatever occurs
first
Remanufactured ( Reman):
A component that has been remanufactured (NOT rebuilt, NOT
repaired) exclusively throughTerex | O&K (by Terex | O&K or
original supplier) to specifications as new.The expected lifetime
is considered same as new.Warranty is same as a new component,
5.000 hrs or one year whatever occurs first.
Rebuilt:A component that has been rebuilt (or repaired)
generally by a dealer or vendor of choiceusing genuine parts,
specifications and tolerances supplied by Terex | O&K.The
expected life is considered close to a new component.Normal Terex |
O&K spare parts warranty applies only for the spare parts
purchased fromTerex | O&K to carry out the rebuild.

The reman program for piston Pumps & Motors is available
now, see attached information.The reman program for gearboxes and
cylinders will be implemented step by step soonest.Rebuilt
documentations are available on internet or on request.
Kindly check our Online system NAVISION for availability or
contact your correspondingpartner in the parts department.In case
the remanufactured unit is currently not availableand required
urgently a new unit will be supplied with new units cost, but the
core can bereturned and a credit note up to the 25% of the
remanufactured global list net price will beissued.
