Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare Company Quality Control / Quality Assurance Plan Manual.- Reviewing company specifications, drawings and subcontractors’

scope of work, QC review of subcontractors’ Method Statements, QC procedures and ITP’s, ensure that construction personnel are using the latest revision of all documents, monitoring/surveillance of construction activities on an on-going basis. Quality cannot be inspected in after the work is done; ensure the quality is being built in as the work progress.

- Ensure that at least 50% of the work time is spent in the field, attend witness and hold points identified in ITP’s for civil works, assist with supervising and monitoring civil works associated with temporary facilities, when requested responsible for front-line QC interface with subcontractor and client QC personnel, provide communication interface between QA/QC department and construction management personnel.

- Generate and provide the required QC documentation on a timely basis, front-line responsibility to resolve quality issues with subcontractor QC personnel and client QC inspectors.
