【 做法 】

INGREDIENTS :3 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces

Some cornstarch

3 cups oil for deep-frying

1 onion, peeled and cut into wedges

MARINADE :½ tsp salt

1 tsp light soya sauce

2 tbsp water

SAUCE :5 tbsp chilli sauce

1 tbsp light soya sauce

½ tbsp sugar

1 tbsp water

【 METHOD 】 Combine chicken with

marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.

Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch and deep-frying in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain.

Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry onion until aromatic. Add sauce ingredients, fried chicken and stir-fry until well mixed. Dish up and serve hot.
