You are kindly required to retain one copy of the returned forms to enable queries to be settled quickly and invoices accurately checked.

While every endeavor will be made to maintain rates and prices quoted, there is a possibility they may vary to meet with any fluctuation in the cost of labor or materials occurring before the time of the Exhibition.

Please fill in the forms and return before the dates specified at your earliest convenience. And please also keep the copies of your returned forms as reference. The Organizer cannot guarantee the provision of services requested in case of late presentation of the forms.

*REGISTRATION OF EXHIBITIORS

You are kindly required to provide the organizers with a complete list of all those persons who will be at your stand. It is therefore particularly important that you complete and return Form 2 -A (page 17) and keep us informed by fax of the last minutes changes. Please get your badges and other necessary materials in the registration office at the entrance to the fair ground.

*VISA INVITATION LETTER AND ACCOMMODATION IN CHINA

For the visa application to China, please note that if you apply visa through your own travel agent, perhaps you only could

get tourist visa (L Visa). For your convenience in China, we suggest you to complete FORM 17 (page 73) and return to fairground owner to get an official visa invitation letter issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) for your Business Visa (F Visa) application.

Hotels in China retain the right to cancel any booking. Exhibitors are advised to book hotels through the official travel agent, even though other methods and rates may appeal to be cheaper. The hotels offer cheaper rates in order to fill rooms, but these maybe canceled to honor their commitment at a higher rate to the official travel agent.

English product catalogues and pamphlets are acceptable in China, but to promote your products more effectively, we recommend a one-page technical sheet to be prepared in Chinese (Refer to FORM 18 , page 74 ) for each product on display. If you wish, you may translate your major product literature into Chinese.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. General InformationControl rights belong to exhibition organizer whose decision is final, irrevocable and constrained to every exhibitor.

All rules and regulations should be abided and any amendments should be submitted in written form to the organizer and signed. The organizer has right to explain, establish and modify the rules and regulations and right to deal with the situation not involved. During the exhibition period, all rules and regulations should be abided.

2. LocationThe Exhibition Hall: China International Exhibition Center

3. Responsibilities for Exhibitors

3.1 Any exhibitor is not allowed to remove before the end of the exhibition for any reason. All exhibits should be display during the whole exhibition period from 16 to 18, Oct. 2013 and before 3pm 18 th, Oct. 2013 any exhibits is not allowed to remove.

3.2 No facility in the exhibition halls can be altered, dismantled, or damaged by the exhibitor or constructor. In default where of the exhibitor or constructor shall be liable for the total loss resulting there from.

3.3 Removal: the removal date is 18th, Oct. 2013 (the last day of exhibition) and before 9pm all stuff should be remove, including all construction materials and waste; otherwise, the organizer has right to deal with the leftover and the charge generated should be paid by exhibitors.

3.4 It is exhibitor’s responsibility to assure the safety of product demonstration and any possibility of damage to audience must have appropriate security measurement.

3.5 Exhibitors should guarantee that no harmful ray or gas will be released during product demonstration.

3.6 All exhibitors are requested to see that their exhibits and related materials be insured against fire, theft, missing, breakage and other risks that may arise during transport, packaging, unpacking, displaying, demonstration, etc. The Organizer shall not be responsible for all the risk of theft, loss and damage.

3.7 Booth should be safety examined at any time.

3.8 All pavilions is under the customs supervision and any exhibits without declaration is not able to remove from the pavilion.

3.9 Any overtime work during installation or removal should be declared before that day 3pm to organizer. The charge for overtime work should be paid by exhibitors. (2500 RMB/hr, after 12am 5000 RMB/hr)Remark: Any declarations after 3pm 30% extra charge will be generated.

4. Admission

4.1 Exhibitor BadgeForm 2 should be filled and quantity should be applied. Copy of contract and business card should be taken to collect exhibitor badge which is the entry admission and not allowed to transfer.

4.2 ConstructorConstructors of exhibitor with raw space shall apply to Beijing CIEC International Exhibition Construction Company Ltd. for admission.

4.3 AudiencePlease fill form 2 for the free tickets provide by exhibition organizer.

5. Exhibits Move-in and Remove

5.1 RegistrationRegister exhibits before move-in and keep the registration form copy for removal. During the exhibition period, no exhibit is allowed to remove from the booth and pavilion.

5.2 Forwarding TimeTime for truck on tricyclic is from 12am-6am and the docked location for early arrives is the car park opposite CIEC front gate.

6. Booth Administration

6.1 General Informationa. Booth is only for product display.b. The demonstrations of machine or other exhibits may be performed within stand unless it causes

annoyances or troubles to other exhibitors. When a complaint is lodged against the demonstrations from neighboring exhibitors or when the demonstration proves to form an obstacle to the management of the maintenance of public safety, the Organizer may suspend or restrict such demonstration. Exhibitor shall be charged for any cost generate from this.

c. This is NO SMOKING pavilions.

6.2 Administration Feea. All services (including construction, forwarding and rental) is under the supervision of organizer.b. All exhibitors with raw spaces construct by themselves or agent is regarded as special design and

shall be charged administration fee by Beijing CIEC International Exhibition Construction Company Ltd.

c. Any flowers & plants rentals from other venue shall be charged administration fee.

6.3 Fire PrecautionUse of materials likely to cause combustion or ignition is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Obstacle and ProtrusionAisle should be kept unimpeded and no stuff and protrusion is allowed to place on aisles.

6.5 HangingAll hangings with advertisement and exhibits on ceiling and pillars is prohibited. Banners should be made from fire-proof material with the admission of organizer.

7. Water, Electricity and Compressed Air

7.1 Electricity Supply13

a. Exhibitors that need power for demonstration equipment shall make application in advance.b. Exhibitors with special design stands that need electricity shall make application in advance.c. Electricity supply available at the exhibition hall is 220V, 50 Hz three phases. In case Exhibitors

intend to arrange electric facilities within their stands or desire electric wiring works or their machine or other electrical equipment requires special power supply system, it is necessary for them to pay to Beijing CIEC International Exhibition Construction Company Ltd.

d. Temporary electricity in installation period should make application in advance.

7.2 Water & Compressed AirApplication of water and compressed air shall be installed by organizer, no other compressed air machine is allowed.

8. Installation

8.1 Technical ParametersPavilion Height for second floor of Hall 1 2A:

Height for Special Design:Height Limit for second floor is 3.5m, 3.4m for air conduit underneath, 2.7m for plenum chamber and return air inlet underneath and 3.2m for lobby between Hall A and Hall B.Size of pillars in second floor of Hall 1: 0.8m x 0.8m

8.2 Decorationa. Exhibitors with raw space should abide all rules made by government and organizer. Before

construction, offer the plan, booth front and side view with size, design sketch and circuit diagram and pay construction administration fee and construction certificate fee (construction

administration fee: 40 RMB/sqm ; construction certificate fee : 30 RMB/pp/pic).

Remark: Constructors employed by exhibitors with raw space should be qualified and with 20,000 RMB as deposit (20,000 RMB under 100sqm and 40,000 RMB under 200sqm and etc.) and sign the construction safety liability statement.

b. Booth decoration must be safe and stable.c. Nailing on the wall, digging on the ground, and any other kinds of destructive construction are not

allowed.d. Influence to view and stream of people should be taken into consideration.

8.3 ModificationAny modifications should be made application in advance.

8.4 Stand CleaningThe Organizer will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition premises prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter, but it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to keep his stand tidy at all time. Dust and trash should be thrown at the designated places only.

8.5 StackExhibitors are to arrange with the official Forwarding Contractor for the disposal or storage of packing materials, carton boxes and crates before the exhibition opens daily. Any charges incurred will be borne by the exhibitors.

9. Responsbility

9.1 Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the security and safety of the exhibition premises and the contents thereof. However, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may befall any person or property of the exhibitors from any whatsoever.. Exhibitors are therefore advised to buy their own personal accident insurance, and are requested to see that their exhibits and related materials be insured against fire, theft, missing, breakage and other risks that may arise.

9.2 Claim caused by exhibitor must be borne by this exhibitor.

9.3 The organizer cannot hold responsible for any loss or damage caused by exhibitors, agents or their employees.

9.4 The organizer cannot hold responsible for any loss or damage caused by irresistibility or other element can lead to the delay or cancel of the exhibition and any relevant charges is able to be refunded.

9.5 Any charges is able to be refunded to the withdrawal after confirmation and written application is required. Exhibitor has no right to put forward refund or other requests.

9.6 Content of catalogue entry is offered by exhibitors and organizer cannot hold responsible for the mistake and missing.

9.7 Organizer cannot hold responsible for loss, damage and delay in forwarding (include forwarding, moving and declaration). All exhibitors are advised to buy their own forwarding insurances.

10. Others

10.1Health CareMedicine is not provided and exhibitors should prepare by themselves.

10.3 Insurance All exhibitors are advised to buy their own personal accident insurances, and are requested to see that their exhibits and related materials be insured against fire, theft, missing, breakage and other risks that may arise during transport, packaging, unpacking, displaying, demonstration, etc. The Organizer shall not be responsible for all the risk of theft, loss and damage.

10.4 Third-party liability insurance Exhibitors should buy their own third-party liability insurance and make sure organizer is included.

10.5 Security Take care of your personal belongings, especially cash, video camera, laptop and other values. Contact

with the security office for any pilferage or suspicious circumstances.

11. Other Service Information

Appendix 1

Safety Responsibility Statement of the Exhibition Booth Construction

1.Follow closely to the line of the Safety Management Regulation on Beijing Large Scale Activities, The Temporary Provisions on Fire Control Safety Management of Exhibition and Promotion Activities in Beijing, The Enforcement Details of China International Exhibition Center Regulation on Exhibition Construction Management, China International Exhibition Center Regulation on Using Water, Electricity and Compressed Air, China International Exhibition Center Regulation on Construction Management and Penalty and China International Exhibition Center Regulation on Construction Environmental Protection and other relevant regulation, and comply with the construction management and supervision and inspection from department of China International Exhibition Center Company Ltd. Responsible for the work, so as to guarantee the personal safety and booth security.

2. Before construction such kind of procedures as construction certificate registration and recoding, examination of the construction as well as contribution of concerning fees should be finished.

3. The construction unit should be responsible for the on-site security and fireproof, should designate one person in charge of on-site safety, who is all responsible for the on-site safety and fire-proof.

4. The structure of the booth should be secure and safe, and the material thereof should be inflaming retarding and hard to catch fire. Elastic cloth and cotton and knit goods are strictly forbidden to be used in the construction of booths.

5. The booth structure is strictly forbidden to be built on the roof, pillar, and the second floor enclosure of the exhibition hall, and is strictly forbidden to be hanged or bound to the special pipelines. All structure should be connected to the major structure of the booth itself. The rack above the booth is strictly forbidden to be used as tool for hanging the structure of the booth.

6. When building double-deck booths inside the exhibition hall, booths with complicated structure, and exhibition hall booth, such should be provided as the detailed structure drawing of the booth with the examination seal by the designing institute with the concerning certificate, stamp of the national registered structure engineer of class A and check and verification report. Security of the booth should fully be considered from designing to construction so as to guarantee the firmness of each joint points and the whole structure of the booth.

7. When building double-deck booths qualified fire extinguishers should be put on the spot (one fire

extinguisher for every 30 ㎡ and one fire extinguisher for one special design stand less than 30

㎡ ).

8. To keep flowing of the anti-fire rolling shutter door, booth should not be built on the public passage, neither should goods pile on the public passage.

9. The height of the special design booths should not surpass the limitationHall 1: Height Limit for first floor is 4.5m, 4.4m for air conduit underneath, 3.6m for plenum chamber

and return air inlet underneath and 4m for lobby between Hall A and Hall B.Height Limit for second and third floor is 3.5m, 3.4m for air conduit underneath, 2.7m for plenum chamber and return air inlet underneath and 3.2m for lobby between Hall A and Hall B.

Hall 2-5: Height limitation for second floor eave is 2.8m, center area is 5m and second floor is 3m.Hall 6 and 7: Height limitation is 5m and for pillar around the entrance is 4.5m.Hall 8: Height limitation is 5m,front lobby is 3.5m and air inlet underneath is 4m.Hall 9 and 10: Height limitation is 5m.Height limitation for outdoor stand is 4.5m.

10. The outdoor construction should be wind-proof and should ensure the strength, rigidity, stability and part stability.

11. If necessary, steeled glass should be used so as to ensure firmness and reliability. Remarkable sign should be added for the purpose of preventing broken glass from harming.

12. The material used in building the booth must comply with the national standards on material used in the temporary buildings issued by the concerning department, and the selective materials must meet the national environmental protection requirements.

13. During the construction of booth, smoking and operation with open flame are strictly forbidden and flammable and explosive materials should not be used.

14. Ceilings of totally enclosed type are strictly forbidden in the construction of booth. The ceiling of booth should not block the fire-fighting facilities. Over 50% of the ceiling of booth should be kept open so as to ensure the security of fire control of the booth.

15. Booth construction stuff should adorn certificates in construction. Adorning wrong certificates and other person’s certificate are strictly forbidden. The professionals must have work license in the work of construction.

16. Neon lights are strictly forbidden to be used as light in decorating booth. Those electrical facilities and materials such as light fitting, etc. must have national security certification. Construction, installation and use of all those electrical facilities and materials should comply with Beijing Municipal Standards for Electrical Devices Rules. Links and installations of electrical devices should double-layer insulation sleeve wire, and the connectors should be fully covered and should not be exposed. They should be covered with

insulation boxes. Socket for standard booth ( 5A/220v) is only for laptop and TV, etc. instead of

lighting and power electricity.

17. The 24-hour supply of electricity offered by CIEC should not be used as inconsistent power supply.34

18. Construction company should not use such fixed facilities as distributor box, water source, and gas source of the exhibition halls. Rain-proof type should be used when installing lamp, socket and distributor plate outdoors. Electricity devices outdoor should enjoy reliable rein-tight measures.19. After the exhibition, the personal in charge of safety and the professional personal should stay on duty and whenever finding problem construction they should tackle them in time.

20. When moving out, all building materials should be withdrawn and should not be piled up in the booth or in CIEC.

21. The construction office has reserved rights of conducting special limitation under special circumstance. The managing personnel have enjoyed the power to center the booth and check the observance of the above-mentioned regulation.

22.The exhibitor and the construction company assume all responsibilities and bear the corresponding economic losses any violation against the above-mentioned regulation by the construction company in the process moving-in and on-site construction, move-out, and transportation results in safety responsibility accidents leading to human injuries and deaths of people, fires, damages of exhibition hall building facilities, etc.

corresponding certificates. Procure that construct workers comply with regulations for safety of

operation, and take necessary measures for safety and fire protection as required. Assign on-site safety

director in charge of routine safety inspection and supervision, who shall wear prominent badge.

4. Installation and removal shall pose no damage to floors, buildings, structures, facilities and

accessories in exhibition center. In case of damage or pollution, our company will assume all liabilities

and consequences arising therefore and accept the handle decision made by Beijing CIEC

International Exhibition Company Ltd.

This letter of commitment shall take effect as of the date of signed and sealed.

Notes for site constructors:1. Wearing uniforms and holding certificates for entrance and exit and preparing for examination.2. Comply with all regulations and work in approved time and area.3. Construction shall pose no damage to CIEC facilities and no stack on outdoor greenbelt.4. No brutal construction in case danger generation.5. No smoking in pavilions.

6.Packing of exhibits Exhibitors shall be responsible for the consequences of improper packing.a) Protection against damage and rain

As exhibits are repeatedly loaded and unloaded during transportation, shocking/bumping will sometimes be inevitable. Moreover, exhibits will be placed outdoors many times, including open-air storage at the exhibition site before and after the exhibition. Therefore, exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and adverse weather conditions, since we can not assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when return exhibits are to be packed with used packing materials (such as aluminium foil, plastic covers etc. would have already been damaged during unpacking) .

b) The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking, and in particular, be suitable for repacking after the exhibition. Packing in cartons is not considered to be suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or delicate items.

7. Unpacking , repacking and delivery of exhibits

Before we deliver exhibits to the exhibition site for move-in, Please send your staff or your agent to the bonded warehouse to assist us in unpacking and repacking in order to make it easy for China Customs and China Quarantine to carry out their official inspections.The date will be informed at request beforehand. Exhibitors are highly recommended that their representatives are present on-site during move-in & move-out period to supervise positioning, unpacking and repacking of exhibits, as the on-site operations will be carried out at exhibitors’ risk.

We will not be responsible for delay of customs declaration and positioning /displaying of exhibits due to late arrival of exhibitors’ representatives or without receiving explicit instruction from exhibitors beforehand.

According to China Customs regulations, exhibitors should not take any item of their exhibits temporarily-imported from abroad out of the exhibition hall before, during and after the exhibition period without prior arrangement with China

Customs through the official freight forwarder. Otherwise, exhibitors themselves shall be responsible for any confiscation and fines arising therefrom.

During the move-in and move-out periods, especially when dispatching return shipments, all exhibitors or agents should be on-site and follow the arrangement of our on-site staff strictly. If exhibitors or agents will not turn up or take action without the permission of our on-site staff, we will not be responsible for any result or damage arising therefrom.

If exhibits are repacked with used packing materials, these packing materials are no longer regarded as suitably protecting exhibits against damage/moisture compared with the originals. Exhibitors shall therefore bear the responsibility for the consequences arising therefrom.

8. Quarantine inspection and fumigation

A)For cargoes with wooden packing :Effective from 01 January 2006, Chinese Quarantine Authority strictly requests that all cargoes with wooden packing, from all countries and regions, must undertake fumigation treatment. Details please refer to as follows:Effective Date :January 01, 2006 Observe District :All countries / Cities (Including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan)

Observe Scope :All non-manufactured wood packaging material to be used to carry, pack, pad and support, and reinforce the goods, such as wood case, crate, pallet, frame, pal, wood pole, wedge, sleeper and pad.

Exempted Scope :Those wood composite products after being heated and pressed treatment, such as plywood, particleboard and fiberboard.Veneer core, saw dust, wood fiber and particle and other wood materials with its thickness equal or less than 6mm.

Observe Requirement :All import wood packaging materials should be treated by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB) fumigation at the origin, and put the Mark of IPPC (as below) on two opposite sides of the wooden packaging material.

The Mark should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer / treatment designated by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of exporting countries and treatment methods (HT, MB).

If the wood packaging materials without the approved mark or with approved mark being intercepted the alive harmful pest, the packing materials will be fumigated or the cargoes will be returned to the origin.

B) For foods, animals, plants and their products:

i) For animals/plants and their products including live animals/plants, seeds, dairy products, fresh fruits, Declaration form and Temporary Import application should be submitted to us in advance, and shipments can only be shipped after the permission of Chinese AQSIQ authorities. (it will take 30 working days to apply for import permits from AQSIQ).

ii) For processed and well packed foods, including wines, fruits, vegetables, tins, seeds, etc. exhibitor are required to submit the following certificates to China Entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine before move-in to the booth.a) Certificate of original; b) Health and sanitation certificate issued by the government department of the export country.

iii) If exhibits under the category of fresh flowers (without soil) are intended for relative and specialized exhibitions, the exhibitors must submit the official quarantine certificate (the original one issued by the country where such cargos are transported from) to the Quarantine Authority of China through us, and such cargos can be delivered to stands only after their inspection from the Quarantine Authority of China.

NOTES :For above food & beverage samples, exhibitors are required to ship cargos according to the deadlines in our shipping guideline, it will take 10 working days for quarantine to practice the further inspection by taking some samples in order to advise whether or not the samples can be tasted or consumed during the show; otherwise, all the samples should be for exhibition purpose only and should be re-exported or abandoned for official final disposal of it after the show.

According to the quarantine inspection authority, any kind of meat and dairy products are not allowed to be imported into China. So exhibitors are suggested not to transport or carry any of the said products.

All the charges of quarantine inspection and / or fumigation for the incoming and return shipments will be levied according to our Tariff.

9. Materials for Censoring

It is stipulated by the Chinese Customs Authority that:“ Advertising materials, literatures and audio/video materials including films, lantern slides, recording tapes, video tapes, optical discs and magnetic media products, records, photos, maps, illustrations, directions, souvenirs, gifts, given-away and other publicity materials shall be allowed for display or used at the exhibition only after exhibitors have presented beforehand the above mentioned materials to Customs Officers for inspection and approval .

Therefore, exhibitors shall not make use of these materials before censoring. For this purpose, exhibitors should send samples of the above materials (2 copies) to us on site before the exhibition. All these materials will be handed over to the customs for inspection in advance.

10.Hand – carried exhibits

Exhibitors are strongly advised not to hand-carry goods for this exhibition. However, exhibitors with hand-carried goods to the show should then declare to customs at the airport that their hand-carried goods are for exhibition purpose.

If hand-carried exhibits are detained by the Airport Customs Office, CIETC may handle the Customs declaration (on temporary basis) with a detention note issued by the Customs Office and collect back the goods from Beijing airport (may

take 2 working days, and the charge will be the same as inbound air-freight shipment). According to Customs regulation, hand-carried exhibits cannot be hand-carried out of China and should be re-exported by CIETC.

11. Stand layout plans

For those exhibits equipment, which over 2,000kgs in single piece, please complete the “Stand Layout Plans” (Form C) showing exactly where this equipment should be placed in your booth. A surcharge will be levied for any repositioning of exhibits. 12. Insurance

All exhibitors are requested to have their exhibits fully covered insurance for the whole in/return journey, including exhibition period. A copy of the insurance Policy should be brought to the fair in case of any necessary survey.

CIETC will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibits which are not insured by exhibitors.13. Dangerous , radioactive , strategic and reefer cargoes

Some of the above items are prohibited/limited to be moved in to the exhibition hall, and the carriers (Shipping Line and Airline) will only accept those cargoes subject to availability. So before shipping those items to the fair, please submit us all the specification and volume of the cargoes for checking with the relevant parties for confirmation

14. Closing of exhibition

During the exhibition, our staff on site will go to your booth to confirm and check the related issues about disposal of exhibits and fill out the “INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF EXHIBITS”.

Exhibitors must pay special attention to the following customs regulations:A) Declaration of contents in each package must be correct.B) Items (e.g. personal effects, souvenirs bought into China etc.) other than those declared exhibits are absolutely not

allowed to be returned together with exhibits.C) Everything, having been declared to the Customs before the exhibition opening, must not be disposed or taken away by

exhibitors without being declared to Customs after the closing of the exhibition. Otherwise, exhibitors should be responsible for any penalty by the Customs arising therefrom.

15. Return of exhibits

All return shipments will not be arranged before exhibitors submit final written disposal instruction and appointment letter to us. Once these instructions have been carried out by customs and relevant transportation parties, any changes to them will not be accepted.

All the return shipment should be arranged by us, including the space booking of air or sea shipment. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

16. Payment

Company (Party B) by the client (Party A) 20 days ahead of time so as to guarantee the ad’s quality and timely installation. At the same time the contract should be signed by the TWO Parties. 50% of total charges should be paid by Party A within THREE days after the signature. Another 50% will be paid off SEVEN days before the opening of the exhibition. Late order will incur 40% of surcharge. Orders come within a week before an exhibition can NOT be accepted.

3. For the sake of advertising effects and safety, NO ad carrier or articles brought by the clients can be installed or released at CIEC. Three-colour screen printing is adopted in ad making, no gradually changing colour. In case ink-jetting is necessary, additional charge should be paid accordingly.

4. In case of majored as strong wind (Force 4 or stronger), the lifting and installation of such ads as balloons, ad columns like Roman architecture, etc. will have to be cancelled. If the majored lasts for over two days (excluding two), the contract costs can be refunded partially as follows: number of loss day x average price per day x 40%. If it lasts less than two days (including two), the payment will not be refunded.

5. The above prices include the cost for: (1.) Space Occupation; (2.) Installation and Release; (3.) Design and Making Up.
