Rent-A-Suite features and benefits:

1. Customize rental pricing for daily and monthly stay.

2. Furnishes with King x 1 or Single x 2, Double Decker Bed / Sofa Bed, working table, dining table, chairs,

kitchen, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, cooking stove with all basic cooking utensils and

dining wares.

3. Rental fees NOT includes electricity & water (*below 7 nights with RM10 allowance given per night).

4. Property is in clean, tidy, and quite with Sunway City view.

5. Pest control every 3 months.

6. Unit Cleaning Services including changing of linens and towels can be request with minimal charges per

service call. Prior appointment (minimum 5 days) require for arranging a part-time maid cleaning services.

7. Directly linked to Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon Resort and Sunway Convention Centre.

8. Free daily Sunway shuttle bus (provided by Sunway).
