    Permission is granted only for this job. Max validity of permit is 8 hours.

    Please ensure necessary amendments are made on hot work permit basis Tech

    Dept recommendation on welding procedure.

    Please advise us on completion of hot work.

    Please acknowledge understanding and compliance.

    completed
