Founded in 1979, Yun Da Metal Texture Co., Ltd. started out with the process of texture etching the surface of

household electric items. For years we have sought out after perfection when dealing with our manufacturing

performance and fulfilling our customers needs as our companys principal. To reach a higher-level of proficiency,

weve started technical collaboration with Tanazwa Hakkosha Co., Ltd. Japan, in 1995. This association has

introduced our technical specialization into the market of automobile. Later by becoming a member of T.T.I.

(Texture Technologies International), with this connection we are able to access and use many resources from

around the world. This stepping-stone is for us to improve our skill, service, and to form a perfect worldwide

network.

We have two sandblasters with powered recovery for moulds of consumer electronic products and automobile

components. We also have two sandblast rooms for large moulds, such as automobile instrument panels and

bumpers.

This area is equipped with two large texturing tanks.

(Pattern polishing area)

This area is equipped with an air conditioning system, temperature and moisture control, and precision

computerized depth gauge.

In our etching skills, we specialize in mimicking leather texture; convert it onto molds of plastic interior and

exterior body parts of the automobile. In the interior you can choose your favorite texture and apply this exclusive

application onto dashboard and seats that gives a flawless finish. In the exterior texturing is not just a decoration to

smooth the outer surface; it can also enhance its sensibility.
