l. 型式认可后，如果产品及其重要零部件的设计、所用材料l!_x制造方法有所改变，且影响到产品的主要特伯、特征：或产品的性能指标有所更改，且超过认可的范圆，则有关图纸和文件应经检验机构审批。 并在检验机构认为必要时，经本社检验人员见iiE有关试验和进行检查，其结果应能证实仍符合认可条件。After type approval , if there are changes to the des i gn, materia l s u s巳d or manufacturing m口thod of t he product and important components and such chang巳s affect major character i s ti cs and properties of the product, or property indexes of the product are changed and exceed the scope of approval, related drawings and documents arc to be exami ned and approved by the concerned s urvey office. 认可后的产品检验方式I Method of Product Inspection after Approval

l. 按照规范只认可不进行产品检验的产品一用于111级管系／Tlw product approved only in term of the rul es:

认可后的产品检验由制造厂按本社批准的产品检验计划进行检验， 经检验合格后由制j在厂签发合格证明，并连同该产品的本社认可证书复印件一并交付用户，制造厂对产品符合公约、法规、本社规范平日本社认可的标准规定负责。After approval, product inspection shou ld be carr‘ ied out by t he ~lanufacturer in accordance with th巳product i nspection scheme approved by th口 Society . Upon satisfactory inspection, and the Quality Certificate i ssued by t he Manufacturer s hould be provided to the purchaser together with the copy of t he approva l cert ificate issued by the Soci 巳ty. The manufacturer s hould take responsibility for the product being in compliance with the convention, s tatutory regul ation, the Soc i e ty rules and the standard accepted by t he Society.

2. 按照规范逐件检验的产品 用于11级管系／The product inspected one by one in term of t he rules:

认可后的产品检验应由本社验船师根据本社规范规定逐件按批准的产品检验计划进行检验，经检验合格后由本社颁发船用产品证书。After approval, product inspection should be carried out one by one by the Surveyor of the Society in accordance with the approved product inspec tion scheme, and the Marin巳 Product Certificate wi 11 be i ssued by th巳 Society upon satisfactory inspection.

使用限制条件：Conditions of use:

1. Where fitted in sea water lines in machinery compartments, guards are to be provid巳d which will eff口c tivcly enclose, but not int·erfere with the action of the rubber compensators and which will reduce to the min. practicable any flow of water in case failure of the fl ex ible e lement.

2. The rubber compcnsators arc to be installed i n 飞守cl l visib.lc and accessible locations and protected against over extension and compression and aga inst mechanical damage. The adjoining pipes are to be suitably alisned, s upport巳d, guided and anchored.

3. Rubber compensators shall not used on the ship's s ide shell or in pcrman巳ntl y pressurized starting airlines of di 巳se l engines .

4. The rubber co则pensators shall be not us巳d in the water piping li n巳 in oil tanks; also not used in the oil piping line which penetrating engine room, cargo tanks, cargo holds or baJ.last water tanks whil e the compensator located in th巳se places, ( the term of l in口 penetrating 111巳ans the line only passes through the space and not intended for any use in thi s space).

5. For the definition of class of the piping l i n口， pleaser巳fer to Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships 2012 as am巳nded of the Society.

本社己审核了产品厂无有棉声明，但本社的审核不免除产品厂按照合同关系向非l货方保证产品记石棉的责任。The declaration of asbestos-free submitted by manufac turer has been reviewed by the Society. However, liability of the manufacturer to guarantee the products are asbestos- free to purchaser under contract will not be exempted.
