This route Carries Heavy Mining and Industrial Traffic. A large number of lime, cement and chemical Industries nearly more than 100 are situated on this road. Besides this a large number lime stone quarries are also situated in the surroundings of this Road.
The road caters for raw and finished lime product transportation. The area is agriculturally rich and improvement of this road will reduce the operation and maintenance cost of vehicles plying over this road.

Development of the road as two laning with paved shoulder or earthen shoulder.
Determining technical feasibility & financial viability.
Development & Construction of project highway with project facilities, enhanced safety & Level of services.
To ensure minimum adverse impact on local population, road users & environment .
Phased development of project highway for improving its financial viability with minimum inconvenience to traffic if additional work are undertaken within 7 years.

Geotech, material, hydrology, drainage survey in progress
Inspection of available records completed. Land Plan survey under preparation. Environment and social impact study in
progress.

Project DescriptionProject Description
Predominant land use is agriculture. Structures are generally in good condition. Minor bridges and pipe culverts shall have to be reconstructed / widened. Flush Causeways will be replaced by Culverts. Bypass at Ransigaon-Hariadhana and pundlu are proposed. Construction of CC road in Borunda mining area and other water logged
