Assess processes optimization

Review tools such as dwell time, LPI, doing business and assess benefits

Define Change management strategy

Launch a Need of Change Management communication plan to sensitize stakeholders

Develop skill and knowledge to support seminars and training

Coach managers to assist employees and to prepare conversion plan

Develop new methods for a sustainable change (awards…)
