Chapter 1 (Drug Product Development in the Pharmaceutical Industry): Introduction only. Chapter 2 (Pharmaceutical Calculations and Statistics): I also highly recommend to study

Ansel's Pharmaceutical Calculations book.

Chapter 3 (Pharmaceutical Principles and Drug Dosage Forms): Don't focus on small details of excipients. Know the equations.

Chapter 4 (Biopharmaceutics and Drug Delivery Systems). Chapter 5 (Extemporaneous Prescription Compounding). Chapter 6 (Basic Pharmacokinetics) + Chapter 36 (Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Therapeutic

Drug Monitoring). Ch. 7 (Bioavailability and Bioequivalence). For Chapters 8 & 13-16, you may either study them from CPR or from Medicinal Chemistry

sheets. If you choose study the sheets, then know the functional groups of commonly known drugs. Advice: Don't waste your time focusing on small details regarding the effects of changing a functional group to another.

Chapter 9 (Microbiology: III, IV, & V only). Chapter 12 (Principles of Pharmacodynamics and Medicinal Chemistry). Chapter 17 (Drug Metabolism, Prodrugs, and Pharmacogenetics): Focus on Tables 2, 3, & 4.

Then, study bullet points and study small details that seem to be important. Chapter 18 (Drug-Drug and Drug-Nutrient Interactions): Study bullet points only. Chapter 21 (Drug Information resources). Chapter 35 (Herbal Medicines and Nutritional Supplements): Names & uses.
